Amazing hotel - particular highlight was the staff. Housekeeping couldn’t have been more accodomocating - I had to wait 10 minutes to check into my room and they apologized profusely and offered me a free bottle of champagne. Everything thought of and the beach! Stephen was wonderful taking care of our every need on the beach including arranging a surprise birthday cake for my friend. I love everything about this hotel! Thanks for making our stay so wonderful.

As a local, this is one of my go to places for a local escape or getaway for a night or two. The hotel is beautiful as are the rooms, service staff is great at the bars but it’s hard to overlook that every time I’ve ever checked in, the room is never ready on time… ever.

Booking a high end Atlantic Residences Suite should ensure an on time check in but it’s literally never the case and the $100 beverage credit doesn’t compensate when it’s a reoccurring issue.

It’s a known issue for this property in regards to being able to check in on-time.

The St. Regis Hotel in Bal Harbour is absolutely gorgeous. The grounds are stunning, with beautiful décor and tons of natural light that makes everything feel bright, open, and luxurious. The design is spot-on—elegant but still super welcoming, with every detail perfectly thought out. It’s the kind of place where you can’t help but stop and admire how beautiful everything is.

The St. Regis Bar is a must-visit. The service is top-notch, and the drinks are crafted to perfection. Whether you’re into classic cocktails or something more creative, they’ve got you covered. Plus, the vibe is chic without feeling too formal, making it the perfect spot to kick back and relax.

Whether you’re staying at the hotel or just swinging by for a drink, the St. Regis is an unforgettable experience. Beautiful spaces, amazing service, and a vibe that’s hard to beat—it’s a total win.

We stayed there last week for my birthday. It is on the beach in Bal Harbour right across the street from Bal Harbour shops. The off season is apparently August and September so we had a good rate of around 400 a night. We were on the 9th floor, room 915. It is a small hotel of about 200 rooms, we were one a maybe 2 dozen people there and a few celebrities. ||The hotel is an older hotel that has been modernized. Our room had an excellent layout including my preferred separately closer off toilet area, and really nice patio with large lounge chairs etc. The bed was fine and linens and toiletries were what you expect at a 5 star hotel. The staff we excellent as expected, the pool area was nice as was the beach. The jacuzzi area was under construction. The spa was also really nice and our massage was great. They also put out a really nice spread for my birthday. We also eat at their restaurants and I liked the French pastry place the best. The guest are what you typically expect with a large percentage of them from overseas. ||The only thing I thank they could approve

We had a wonderful stay at the St Regis for a short girls’ birthday getaway. The added touch of little surprises, to celebrate our birthdays, was so sweet and appreciated! Manuela and Chris did a fantastic job of making sure we had fun and felt special. Thank you so much!

Scrolling the myriad of excellent reviews, you'd be forgiven for thinking "what's one more rave review?" But adding noise to the din, in this case, may be warranted. You see my better half was celebrating her ten-year anniversary and while I wanted to go overseas, she insisted the little ones were just too little. No matter! The St. Regis is only a couple of hours away by plane. What a fantastic decision that was. The stay was remarkable - extravagant, decadent and opulent. The rooms were exquisite and the service was just what we've grown accustomed to. When you're looking for the best, look no further. The St. Regis delivers.

Had the absolute best hotel experience ever at the Bal Harbour St. Regis. If I could give the service 10/5 stars I would.

Special shout out to Clive and Gerry and the whole team at the beach, Riley the bartender, and Solange at Concierge. They left very strong impressions on my stay with their warm hospitality, but truly everyone was fantastic here.

From my own experience in the luxury travel industry, I know all too well the standards and challenges that staff at a 5 star property are tasked with handling and upholding, and I can say that even my highest expectations were far exceeded. Whether at registration, the beach or everywhere in between, I had nothing but exceptional interactions with any staff that I encountered.

At arrival, you are greeted with a complimentary beverage and the staff does not make you feel like you are imposing for any request or preference regarding your stay; instead do everything they can to make you feel comfortable and well accommodated.

Of course at any 5 star hotel the prices will be high for most things, but this place is worth it for the quality accommodations and outstanding service

Bring cash to tip the amazing staff here- they deserve it!

It was such a great pleasure to stay here, and I am already looking forward to my return.

Danny M. Jordan and Clive made our stay at the St. Regis Bal harbour amazing! They set us up everyday with a smile and were continuously throughout the day checking on us to see if we needed anything. Best beach service I’ve had in a long time!
