The 90-minute boat ride was an absolute blast, I loved every moment of it. The views were stunning, and it was such a fun way to explore Miami from the water. The crew was super friendly and made the whole experience even better with their great energy and helpful attitude.

I booked Bayride Tours via Groupon and i must say it was really good for the value! It's by no means anything fancy or luxurious, but you do get to see beautiful skylines of Miami and the mansions with their back stories. I could not make my first booking and they were very flexible to let me on a ride couple of days later!
The Kiosk is kind of hard to find though, it's at the North end of the mall after Victoria Secret, clos to the highways.

I recently went on a boat ride with Bayride Tours in Miami for their Celebrity House Tour and city views, and I must say the experience with Rickey was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, entertaining, and really made the tour enjoyable with his enthusiasm and great energy. The views were stunning, and the commentary added a lot to the overall experience.

However, I do want to mention the raffle that they host. While the boat tour itself was excellent, the raffle seems misleading and unfortunately appears to be more of a gimmick rather than a genuine opportunity. I noticed many similar reviews echoing the same sentiment, which makes me think it might need some reevaluation to maintain transparency and build trust with customers.

Overall, if you’re here for the tour and the beautiful Miami sights, it’s worth it for the fun and engaging experience with Rickey. Just be mindful of the raffle part—it could use some improvements.

Okay. YES.

So my partner and I booked this boat tour on Groupon for about 15 bucks each. Redeeming the Groupon was a bit confusing, as we had to call to get the correct info. But after we called, it was very easy to confirm our reservation!

They tell you to arrive at least 30 minutes before your tour leaves, but I recommend getting there at least an hour before. There is no free parking nearby so be prepared to spend $20-$40 on the garage/street parking. Between finding a parking space and waiting in line, it took us about 45 min. to actually get on the boat. But alas, we made it! And it was Amazing!!

When you first get on the boat, you get your picture professionally taken. Its only $20 to purchase the hard copy (worth it- the pic was nice as hell) .The bayside tour boat has two levels of seating (plenty) and a mojito bar on board. I didn't personally try a mojito, but based on the reactions I saw they were LOADED! 😀

We passed many celebrity's' mansions from J-Lo to Frank Sinatra which was so incredible to see. Our boat host, by the way, was phenomenal. She made the tour so fun and interactive. I did not get her name but be sure to tip her good if you go!

We also went at sunset, so the views of downtown Miami were spectacular. Some of the best views you'll get of the city are on the bayride tour.

Would do again and 100% recommend!

This was a fun ride around the Bay area. 1.5hrs and we saw so many huge mansions, gigantic yachts, and the huge cranes and shipping port. Our guide was awesome and made the experience fun. Only downside was the drink line took forever!

I went on the Bayride Tour, and it didn't meet my expectations. The tour focused on taking pictures in front of the boat rather than highlighting the amazing views. Initially, they charged $20 for these photos, which were supposed to be free, but they did address this issue eventually. The boat tour was disappointing overall, as the instructor offered minimal information and only provided commentary on the left side views. If you decide to take this tour, be sure to sit on the left side to hear the commentary, as the right side was not covered.

Veronica is hands down the best tour guide I’ve ever had on a Biscayne Bay tour! I’ve been on many of these tours for family and friends visiting, but no one explains the celebrity homes with as much energy, humor, and detail as she does. She made the experience unforgettable fun, engaging, and full of great stories. Highly recommend her for anyone visiting Miami!
