Sam is the rudest person I have ever met. He has zero customer service skills and even screams at the valet parking attendants. I don’t know what position he holds there, but he acts like he owns the entire building.

Beautiful building. It feels more like a hotel. Extremely well maintained. And The restaurant has EXCELLENT food and the 101 staff are very friendly. The building is Quiet, luxurious and elegant . The units are grand with marble floors and huge terraces. All this make it truly a one of a kind in Miami Beach.
