I stopped by the Bal Harbour store to research retiring my industrial piercing with two separate earrings. Thanks to Joel and Simon, I picked out a 5mm pave hoop for the top hole and a dangling white diamond earring for the bottom hole to curate a symmetrical ear design. Joel was incredibly patient as I debated my earring choice as well as placement. This was my fourth purchase at Maria Tash and it didn't disappoint.

I love Maria Tash and love it even more for their customer service, especially at Bal Harbour. I recently purchased a spike earring which broke (I never had an issue with any Maria Tash pieces). As I am from Canada, there are no locations and I called the store to inquire on what my options were. Jessica assisted me and was able provide resolution that was easy for me as I’m not in Miami. She followed up and even provided a number to call her as she was not in store the day I was planning on calling her. The solution was seamless and Jessica was an absolute pleasure to work with. I will definitely be coming back and this situation made my experience with the brand that much better.

I had a disappointing experience at this piercing shop. They attempted to charge $400 for a belly piercing jewelry that typically costs around $100, 14k gold, definitely felt like an upsell. When I asked some basic questions, the staff at the front seemed uninformed and unable to provide clear answers. This isn’t my first time getting a piercing, so I know what to expect, and it was clear their explanations didn’t add up. I requested a standard-size navel piercing, but they only offered a smaller size, claiming it would be ‘better if it gets swollen.’ This reasoning didn’t make sense to me at all. Overall, I wouldn’t recommend this place based on my experience.

Highly recommend Maria Tash. My piercer was Simon, and he gave me a really cool piercing. Amazing placement, and he was professional and very friendly. I’ll be back!
