Cindy is such a charismatic person! She helped us with find what company we were doing our tours with. She also showed us every interesting place in key west and even walked with us to help us find the places we needed. She is an awesome bus driver!

Tour was very good. It's a nice, pleasant boat ride on the Everglades. Better speed than I thought it would be.
We saw 4 alligators, which was great.

And the bus driver Cindy was fantastic,. Cool, entertaining, funny and in control.

We had traffic on the way back, and she took money out of her own pocket to pay for an Uber for a crybaby customer.

Turned out that the customer hadn't even come with us and lied about their pickup spot.
But Cindy kept her cool.

Excellent one way trip from Key West to Miami! The ride was comfortable and on time. John/Ariel - our driver - made sure we made it to our train at the Brightline station with plenty of time! I HIGHLY recommend this bus alternative to /from Key West!

Booked online and could not get in contact over the phone to confirm my reservation or schedule a pick-up location. Eventually after two days, someone picked up and rattled off another phone number to call faster than I could write it down. Ended up booking a greyhound instead.

Reserved the shuttle from key west to Miami and it never showed. I had called the day before to confirm it was coming, then it didn’t show up and they wouldn’t answer my calls. I begged another company to let me ride back with them, the driver of that company told me this service has always been shady and regularly just doesn’t show up and leaves people stranded. Do not rely on them they will lie to you.

We booked this shuttle through MiamiTours as part of a guided Everglades tour at Sawgrass (which was really nice - this review refers to the shuttle only). This was actually our third attempt to book because on the first try, the operator at the office told us to book the tour online. Thus, we successfully booked it online for the following day, but on the day of the tour we received an email saying our reservation had been canceled because we had booked it less than 24h prior. We weren't aware of this policy, so we tried once more and booked the tour online 24h+ in advance this time.
The shuttle was over 40 min late, no one apologized for the delay. The shuttle guide provided some touristic indications both in English and Spanish, but neither language was clearly comprehensible. On the way back to Miami, an extra stop was made at a Shopping Mall to pick up some tourists, further delaying our return (we were not made aware of this deviation beforehand).

I booked this bus tour service to Key West in March. We arrived at 6:30 am as instructed. They require you to pay cash only. Something that was never stated on line when making the reservation. They also charge a $2 dollar boarding fee per person. We waited over two hours before being told the bus had mechanical issues and would not be showing up. When the other customers and I asked for our money back, which they had in their cash registers, they refused. They indicated there are no refunds yet no service was provided. Then they said we had to fill out a form and we would get our money back at a later date. It was only after police showed up that they started refunding people their cash. This company is very unprofessional and should be investigated.
