We had a great time with Natalie on our Kayaking tour. She was very knowledgeable about the area (she is from there)! Everyone loved scooping up the jellyfish (harmless ones) and my boys even managed to capsize (probably on purpose because it was HOT)!

Eva was so knowledgeable and kind throughout our experience. She was extremely supportive during our teaching experience & left us feeling like confident paddle boarders. I would definitely recommend her for first time paddle boarders!

Paddleboard Pilates with Natalie was a perfect way to start the day! Great for all experience types, even beginners or someone who has never done Pilates. Natalie created a very welcoming environment that made everyone in our group feel comfortable while exercising, and she added more difficult poses for those who were more experienced. We had so much fun! Highly recommend!

Book it!!! You will have the best time. We were first timers and we were able to pick it up pretty quickly even with us having back and hip problems! It’s a great way to be in nature and see some different parts of Gulf Shores during your trip. Our instructor was amazing and she took time to give each person in the group pointers. It felt very safe and we wouldn’t hesitate to do this again! We now feel like we can take on paddle boarding again with a little more confidence thanks to this awesome lesson.

SUP Pilates was awesome! It was a fun, and relaxing activity on our trip. The instructor encouraged us to enjoy the beautiful scenery and instructed movements that everyone in our group could do and feel challenged. This was a few of groups first Pilates class ever and they were able to do everything and modifications were shown. I can’t wait to do it again on our next visit to Gulf Shores! I mean… it’s not bad to get some fun core work in when you’re in a swim suit everyday on your trip! 5/5

I highly recommend Pure Aloha Adventures! Honeztly, do not even hesitate in calling them right now! 🙂 This was my first time doing SUap and so I was a little nervous about the whole thing, but really wanted to try it. Natalie was absolutely amazing! I immediately knew I was in competent hands! She is the greatest teacher and just a great, kind person. I am in love with SUP!
