My experience with the Beach Haus - Bal Habour, was extremely disappointing. I called to address an issue and was assisted by Julian, who was incredibly rude and unprofessional. To make matters worse, he hung up on me without resolving my problem or offering any assistance.

This kind of behavior is unacceptable, especially from a hotel that should value hospitality and respect for its guests. I do not recommend this place and hope they take action to improve their customer service.

1 star is too much. This “hotel” clearly does not want your business. I work in the travel industry and travel for work several times a month but the staff at Beach House is the rudest staff I have ever encountered in my entire life (Emilie). When asked why we weren’t advised about the $500 security deposit, she said she doesn’t care and either take it or leave it. $500 deposit for the cheap Ikea furniture in the room, really!! When asked about how we can complain, she said “Complain, I don’t care anyway what you say” and was laughing and rolling her eyes. Disgusting and shocking behaviour. Furthermore, rooms are basic (several kitchen utensils were missing) and internet hardly works. Location isn’t actually great either, miles away from anything.

My experience with this hotel was extremely frustrating, even though I never stayed there. Due to extreme weather alerts in the area, I attempted to inquire about my options regarding their cancellation policy. Unfortunately, it was nearly impossible to reach the hotel directly, as they only provided a messaging service, making communication very difficult.

After much effort, I finally managed to reach them by phone, but instead of receiving professional assistance, I was met by a customer service representative who yelled at me, dismissed my concerns, and hung up on me three times. This level of disrespect is unacceptable, especially when dealing with legitimate concerns about safety and weather. Moreover, the response I received through Booking.com was unprofessional and unhelpful.

I am still waiting for a call from a manager and will update my review after the conversation. As of now, I strongly caution others to be aware of this hotel's poor customer service practices.

Just from two calls with the front desk, I can tell this place does not value their customers. They are incredibly rude and passive aggressive and make you feel like you're an inconvenience to them. I don't ever plan on staying here and wouldn't recommend anyone to do so either. There are probably a dozen other "VACATION HOMES" that are cheaper and actually want to serve you well.

My room was dirty , paid the cleaning fee and had a dirty unit from day 1. I explained to the owner who laughed in my face an told me if I don’t like the hotel I can leave with no refund. I’m disgusted by the way they operate an treat people. A company like this deserves no business.

Rooms and location are perfect. Brand new modern design. Ideal location, as it sits right up against the water (a portion of the property does at least). It's a 3 minute walk to the beach that is shared with the Ritz-Carlton. A gorgeous view of the beach that you won't get in any other part of Miami.

I love that. I got to take a bike down to South Beach and explore more of the island. They have a lovely pool. It's small but it's perfect for hanging out. I will definitely be staying here again.
