Julia did an amazing job planning our trip out west. We traveled to Yellowstone followed by Wyoming and South Dakota. Every detail was accounted for and exceeded expectations. Julia also helped reschedule our trip, when first booked, due to an unexpected medical issue.

First I want to thank you for all your assistance and help during our MSC cruise trip from 1-8 October, 2023. Although there were some unexpected changes done by MSC such as excursions cancellations/rebooking, you were able to assist from your end to ensure we were properly refunded or rebooked. Your attention to detail (Birthday Cake, chocolate strawberries and wine bottle) professionalism, and always willing to go above and beyond to ensure our trip was and enjoyable experience is greatly appreciated.
