This is our 3rd cruise vacation we’ve booked through Pam Winterstein with a 4th in the works! We just tell her the ship, date and port and she handles everything else! All we have to do is show up on embarkation day and we’ve never been disappointed with our cabin selection, dining service or any other add ons! Pam is our go-to for cruises and she makes our dream vacations come true!

Kimberly Hawkins did an incredible job assisting us with our summer trip to London and Amsterdam! She was as knowledgeable as any local when it came to London and would research and respond promptly to any questions we had. We had one snafu because of a tour company, it was still nighttime in the states and she responded, gave us excellent alternatives for our day and has since acquired a refund for that tour! Please know we didn’t expect her to respond until waking hours. I’ll definitely utilize Kimberly again! Fantastic experience.
