I had a hose bib break off outside my house on a Sunday which required me to shut the water off to the entire house. I called several plumbers on a Sunday only to leave several messages. I want to thank Brian for returning my call on a Sunday. I could wait until Monday to have it fixed. Brain sent Steve and Ryan to my house after hours on Monday evening. Brian had an internal employee issue that delayed a response to my house earlier in the day; however, I was very pleased with Steve and Ryan. They spent two and a half hours at my house repairing the water pipe break.

Steve and Ryan were extremely pleasant and very knowledgeable in what they were doing. The water supply pipe was T-ed off inside the concrete block to supply the hose bib and the interior supply for a wet bar. Instead of breaking away more of the exterior wall, Steve accessed the pipe from the interior. Steve was able to adjust the height of the hose bib to prevent it from breaking again. They cleaned up the work so that I would never even know they had been at my house. They even offered suggestions for the cosmetic repair that I understand is my responsibility. I was blown away by the price! I was expecting something much more expensive. I would definitely use On Call Plumbing again!

Ryan and Scott are a great duo. Professional service from start to finish. They scoped the entire house found the issue and corrected it during the same service. They followed up on Monday to complete a replacement of the damaged clean out - they will be our first call for plumbing going forward.

My tankless hot water heater stopped working. Called another company who told me it was my water pump that was not pushing enough water to it but they didn't work on pumps. Called On Call Plumbing, Brian came out, checked the pump which was fine. Checked water heater which was a type he was not familiar with but went above and beyond to call their customer service and figure out the problem. Charged me less than the original company. Would definitely reccomend and use again if needed.

I had used Brian before for a minor issue when my outside spigot had broken off the wall. At the time it was just him, it was after hours and I was panicking. He did a fantastic job, he was quick and reasonably priced, even though he worked late into the evening to fix my problem. A year later when I heard it raining under my house, he was my first call. I had several options but after I was shown all the damage we went with a total repiping, a new larger water heater and a new filtration system. I won't lie, this cost a small used sedan, ha! But it was done in 4 days, Steven did a great job, he showed me everything as he went, he kept all the areas clean and by the end I was 100% satisfied with the work he and Nick did. Steven also addressed each little thing as he went that wasn't even on my radar, fixing the kitchen faucet, installing a bidet that had been sitting in a box by me toilet for months, and replacing washing machine hoses, he really went above and beyond. Brian came in for a walk through after the work was finished and I was just so impressed by him and the team he put together. I would recommend On call plumbing again and again. Thank you guys.

We had a major emergency at our Airbnb in St. Augustine on a Saturday night at 6:00. Brian was on-site within an hour. It was a major repair. He left at 11:15 that evening after doing an amazing job. I would highly recommend using him for any of your plumbing needs. He will be our permanent plumber from now on.

Amazing job done by Brian and his company on-call plumbing. He was very responsive and professional the entire time to replace my water heater. The job was done well and left clean. I would use this company again and fully recommend. A++
