My first impression was Miss Sharona, the owner. She set up my appointment. She was very respectful, polite and professional which makes such a big difference in one's impression of, and ultimately trust in a company, especially one that is coming into your home. Her availability was very accommodating and Mystic and Mark arrived about a week after my call. I cannot say enough about Mystic and Mark! They did an amazing job deep cleaning my home! They were so thorough and barely took a break in the 7 hours they were heavily cleaning! Such lovely and pleasant people. I am so very grateful for the work that they did! Rags to Riches is a great company! I highly recommend them!

Patrick and mistic did a wonderful job on my house. Made it looks like an entirely different house. They were also so good to my animals running around. Treated them respect and made sure to be mindful of the door as to not let my cats out. They went above and beyond and made me feel comfortable in my home again. We were extremely pleased with the entire experience! From the beginning, the team was incredibly responsive, answering all of our questions and confirming details leading up to the appointment. On the day of service, the crew arrived right on time, which we really appreciated.

We have had our apartment cleaned in the past by many other places until we found Rags to Riches , and nobody comes close to Rags to Riches.
