Everything seemed great until they unwrapped our glass-front dressers and they were cracked. Ryan assured us that he would be able to wrap them in cardboard, blankets, and plastic and they would be fine. After they arrived damaged, Jessica told us they should have been crated. I told Ryan the day he came to our home to quote the job, that the dressers were my main concern as they are discontinued and expensive. Never in the quoting process was that option offered to us. She swears up and down that it was, yet she wasn’t there when Ryan did the walk-through.

If you EVER need a moving company- I would HIGHLY HIGHLY recommend North Florida Movers!!! I have moved at least 10 times and those all have been company professional moves. However- this is the FIRST time they showed up on time, started working the second they arrived and literally didn’t stop until they were done!!!!! They were careful and cautious and moved it all to perfection! They even went above and beyond and offered and put together furniture they didn’t even take apart!!! 10/10- highly recommend!

North Florida Movers did outstanding in moving my household goods on 12-27-2024! The two movers displayed utmost professionalism; provided superb customer service support; and they took extreme care in wrapping, loading and unloading the household items! Additionally, the scheduler ….. she was truly polite doing the telephonic chat to set up the pick date of household items and conducted a follow up! I have utilized several past local moving companies and had in excess of 12 military moves doing my 20 plus years of service; and in my opinion and comparison this moving company (North Florida Movers) is top-notch!!! You earned my future business and I will help spread the word to friends and family looking for a dependable moving company!
