The rudest people you can go to. Their customer service and handling of incoming tourists is awful. We were a group of 8 guys who were trying to get a banana boat ride. When we called them to book a ride, they said that we would be taken in a boat with 40 people and it’s kid friendly as well. Then in the middle of waters, we would be able to do boat ride on banana float. However, my wife and Daughter were not able to join because the boat was clearly not kid friendly as it was a speedboat where only 10 people can accompany. When we called to enquire before, they said we would be in a boat with 40 people. At the kiosk, there was someone who didn’t really handle this well and suspected that we would have heard saying 40 mins. This was clearly unintentional comment given while the conversation was happening. Also the it was clear that the handling of riders was so impolite during the ride as well as at the kiosk. My wife and 2Y old daughter ended up not taking the ride. Then rest of them had the ride but it was not really enjoyable because it was so quick as if the boat operator and life coach were hurrying. After the ride was done, we came back at the kiosk to ask for refunds on those 2 people who didn’t take the ride. But, these guys were rude and strictly not polite to handle. They just harshly denied to give a refund or a partial refund. They charge $45 for kids even if it’s a 2 year old. And $49 for adults. Overall, it was rude of them to handle us and not giving refunds after 2 people havent ridden the boat. So clearly, if you ever want to visit Destin, please stay away from these day light robbers.

We booked for the banana boat ride for today. When we called and asked about the ride and if we can bring our 2year old, they said “yes, it would be a 30 to 40 people boat and then take us on a banana boat. And the boat is kid friendly. Half of them will stay in the boat while others go on banana boat. People take turns.” But when we were there at the kiosk to check in we saw it was a smaller boat and it looked not safe to take the child. So, my kid and I stayed back not taking the ride. Few things that were so unfair are
1. They did not communicate right when we asked them for details. They just wanted money and want us to book. The lady there said she didn’t speak over phone. We asked for someone else to speak to then she said I am the one owner. 🤷🏻‍♀️
2. They charged 45$ for 2yr old to be an observer. Other companies charged only 5$ for her.
3. They refused rudely to give a refund for Kid and an adult(49$ + 45&$) who didn’t take the ride. My husband was arguing with them for a refund and the lady there shut the door on us and left. Haven’t seen such a rude business so far.
4. My friends who took the ride felt very unsafe. There were no instructions and no one to help one of them while under water.
Stay away from these money minting people.
Would NEVER recommend for a safe ride.

This place was amazing. I have been banana boating quite a few times and thought it was boring. Let me just say Brad did an amazing job! He made sure my friend and I enjoyed it and he was absolutely amazing. Brad made sure I didn't walk away thinking it was boring. I would recommend to everyone, and you can't beat the price.

We had Cody and Brooke, they are so fun~!~! It was me, my husband and our 4 teenagers. We booked on a day with water that was a bit more choppy than the norm so we rode in the bay. It was the absolute highlight of our vacation. My teens asked if we could go again lol. Highly recommend any trip they have, but for us it was ideal to do the private banana boat trip because my teens wanted more of a speed and thrill ride. It was nice not worrying about younger kids with us since it was just my family. And if you have younger ones I'm sure they would adjust the speed for them. Thank you Cody and Brooke!!!!!!

Our experience on the banana boat was really fun filled with lots of laughs from start to finish!! We all had a blast!! Everyone was so nice and friendly will definitely go back. Highly recommend mobile sports llc !!

Had a great time with Cody & Savanna! We went with our teenager and tween and had a blast. Would definitely do it again if we make it back to the Destin area. We even saw a few dolphins!

Went here with a group of friends to celebrate my birthday and we had a great time. The crew were very friendly and had great personalities, good vibes and laughs the moment we arrived. The actual boat ride was amazing. Overall great experience, I would do it again someday.
