Dear aDoor - Kat Venettozzi is an incredible asset to your company. I originally spoke with her many months ago when planning a move from Boston > FL to travel around and see which city I wanted to settle in. She is the reason I chose Pensacola first. She is incredibly helpful, kind, personable, and was willing to work with my weird schedule without hesitation. I truly felt like I was receiving concierge service. The condo - 200 South F St - was well beyond my expectations. Giant, practically new, beautiful outdoor pool with palm trees and the whole 9 yards. Three months here and every interaction with aDoor was a pleasure. I would have had a wonderful stay regardless but her excellent service really put it over the top. I wish I could give 10 stars instead of only 5.

Beautiful condo! We have stayed here 3 times now and the last time was by far the best! The condo has been completely remodeled, all new furniture and bedding! Condo was well stocked with starter items and was super clean! It smelled great walking in! Cleanliness is always my number one priority when staying somewhere as I have young children who are all over everything! I also love the shades & curtains combo which make the rooms dark for sleeping! Excellent experience & can’t wait to go back next spring!

I highly recommend booking through aDoor Vacations! The condo was just how I imagined it: clean, luxurious, and had a nice ocean view. Without a doubt, one of the best places I have visited. The Beach was clean and if you are looking for a place that has the best seafood you definitely have to visit Pensacola! Claudia was great to work with - she was always quick to respond, friendly, helpful and made the booking process as easy as possible. Definitely one of the best experiences and I can't wait to go back in the summer.

Still waiting on a refund from this company
I booked a property with aDoor Vacations through VRBO for a trip to Vegas. I booked 10 or so months in advance and paid in full. They then changed the location of my reservation 5 months before, and then they canceled the reservation 2 months prior. We are now 4 months since they canceled the reservation and I have only received a partial refund (a 1/4 of what I paid)
I have emailed and called this company many times, they do not answer their phone and they ignore my emails.
Do not book with this company unless you want your money stolen and a huge headache

Booked an Airbnb through Adoor properties in Pensacola FL. A week before my arrival date I had a death in the family. I tried asking them for half of my reservation cost back. I could barely get this company to respond at first and then they just quit responding forcing me to contact Airbnb customer service to get answers. In the end Adoor refused to even give a partial refund to help my family. Check their reviews on their Airbnb properties. Dirty, delayed or absent responses, refusal to help with issues like broken air conditioning. Absolutely horrible experience with this company. I highly suggest you use someone else. They don't care about you just your money.

I had to cancel a reservation through vrbo for a property managed by this company due to a pregnancy complication. While I did not expect a refund since my cancellation was last-minute, I did expect timely communication through the vrbo inbox as well as consideration of my cleaning fee reimbursement request. We never checked in so no cleaning service was required. I got neither. Once they have your money, they have you. I will not be booking any properties managed by them again.

aDoor vacations has some of the finest old style downtown cottages brought back to their original luster with all the modern conveniences. I have stayed multiple times with aDoor and will certainly stay again.Thank you aDoor for a fantastic vacation. Your the best!!
