We had Gulfshore Travel help us with booking a cruise in May 2024 and in September 2024. We were on Celebrity both times using different ships. Beyond (ship name) was my favorite as we booked with using the Retreat on both. Lisa was helpful giving us all the details and getting us aquainted with the ship and the app that goes with it! We went to Aruba, Bonaire, and Curacao in May. It was a good trip but a bit long at sea for us, so we chose to do another trip (Greek Islands and Turkey) with 7 ports and way more excursions. I highly recommend the Greece/Turkey trip in the fall it was amazing! Thank you Gulfshore Travel for you expertise in getting everything arranged for us!

The lady here was very unprofessional I was trying to book a flight for me and my wife to surprise her for her birthday, I had all the documents needed to book a flight and the agent told me she couldn’t book my wife ticket cause she wasn’t present at that moment which don’t make any sense since no airline request físical presence to book a flight…very dissatisfied
