Had an amazing South American trip organized by this agency. We did the Ecuador & Peru trip. Spent time in Quito, Galápagos, and Cusco/Sacred Valley. Exceeded our expectations the history, nature, and culture was amazing. Hotel and staff including tour guides are top notch. They also booked upgraded hotels and flights for us. Will definitely use their agency again!

This is the second time we have used Ideal South America to book our amazing vacations. The first was in 2017 with a trip to the Galapagos. This time it was a trip to Rio de Janeiro, São Paulo, and Iguazu Falls. Every step of the way Donovan was there to answer any questions and concerns that I had. I was able to customize my itinerary so that could attend the NFL game in São Paulo on top of seeing Brazil in a condensed time frame. I would highly recommend Ideal South America.

We are very happy with our trip to Peru, organized by Max at Ideal South America. Every detail was taken care of and our itinerary was fantastic. We saw more in a couple of weeks than we could have ever seen on our own. My husband's luggage didn't arrive in time and Noe from Domiruth went himself at the airport to make sure it arrived and to make sure he personally got it before we left for our next destination! The hotels were clean, our guide Juan Carlos was very knowledgeable and interesting and taught us is a captivating way, and he spoke very good English. Alberto the driver was great and the accommodation in the vineyard was amazing! I will definitely call Ideal South America when we decide to go to our next destinations in South America!

We had a perfect 3-weeks trip throughout South America. Our family with 2 children visited great places in Peru, Chile and Argentina thanks to Max Levitt and Ideal South America. All the details in the itinerary were carefully considered and all the places, tours, hotels, transfers were planned and performed absolutely thoroughly. All the guides and drivers we had the chances to meet in these countries were fantastic! No stress, no phone calls, everywhere we were met on time and with an ease. We booked our last minute trip to Galapagos and Machu Picchu with Ideal South America. They were amazing and put everything together for us in a timely manner customized to our preferences. Upon arrival to each location (airport, train station etc...), we had a local guide waiting for us ensuring smooth transitions from location to location. The tour guides themselves were great, the Galapagos cruise on My Coral I yacht was magical, with a magnificent guide - Hernan. Ideal South America chose excellent hotels for us - we were very pleased with each location. I highly recommend this tour company for Machu Picchu, Galapagos, and other South America destinations.

Max from Ideal South America helped us plan the vacation of a lifetime. We started in the Amazon Rainforest, where we encountered some many unique animals, whether walking on a jungle path, paddling a canoe, or swaying on the Inkaterra Canopy Walkway 125 feet above the rainforest floor. From there we headed to Machu Picchu and throughout the Sacred Valley to see all the amazing Incan ruins. Two days later we hiked to Rainbow Mountain (known by locals as Montaña Vinikunka). The hike was brutal and the air was thin, but the colors were out-of-this-world gorgeous. We ended our Peru and Ecuador adventure in the Galapagos Islands. Each morning and afternoon took us to a different island or into the water where we snorkeled with sea lions, golden rays, colorful fish and sea turtles. Viewing animals found no where else in the world was the highlight. Perhaps the most remarkable part was how fearless the animals were of humans in their natural habitat.

Our 7 day Ideal South America (ISA) trip to Peru consisted of landing in Cusco, traveling to Sacred Valley, Pisac Ruins and Market, Urumbamba, Ollantaytambo, Moray, Maras, Inca Trail Day Hike to Sun Gate & Machu Picchu, Second Day in Machu Picchu, then back to Cusco touring several of the surrounding ancient ruins and city. All of this was arranged with extremely knowledgeable private guides and drivers for my husband and I. It went off exactly as communicated, without any hitches. Covid protocols in this country are adhered to, so we felt very comfortable traveling there. We couldn't have been more pleased with our bucket list trip. So glad we used ISA to plan and execute this trip. Thank you, Max, Isabel and Donovan for all you did to make this a great and memorable trip!
