I’m really surprise that this company has good reviews my experience with them has been terrible the travel agent Julissa very intolerant, argue with people and insult them never ask how do you want your trip and give advises , take very basic economic airlines without asking the client, from the beginning told her that I want always the best , and she didn’t, My first trip to Brazil and Argentina was a better except in Buenos Aires a worst hotel. In Asia we has been charged 140 dollars because in these airlines if you have economic is only 20 kg vs 23 kg in the United States , your very bad tours with no tour guides after we has been charge very expensive. We request to change the transportation back to the airport in Singapore and not cooperation the tours guide in Singapore no offer neither water. Very upset never in my life do with them. They own me money from Delta airlines the refund the money but give their card and they are supposed to give to me the blue travel. I have never review anybody like this but this really a very bad situation.

They are always cordial and helpful. Although boxes will get there between 3 or 4 weeks at the time, their service is awesome, door to door and boxes in great shape. Been using them for the last 6 years.
