Fantastic Company, nothing is too much trouble. Huge shout out to Thiago, such an awesome guy.. I ordered Universal tickets last minute for the following day. Had some issues due to the anti fraud (being from UK, purchased them online whilst in the states) I went to the office and Thiago sorted it out all for me straightaway. Had the tickets printed and emailed for me. Then when I wanted to upgrade to 2 parks instead of 1, he sorted that out too. Had the tickets sent via email/ whatsapp. It was such an easy process and I really am grateful. Will 100% use again and would reccomend this company. Thiago, thank you once again, you really go above and beyond. I do hope this review gets back to you. Hoping to be back for disney tickets too. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
