Andrea was simply the best!!! Our wedding was a day after hurricane Milton and she helped make it happen. Called a “day of coordinator” but we met virtually multiple times leading up to the big day to make sure the timeline was smooth and everything was ready. Once she arrived on-site we didn’t have to worry about a thing. She took control of everything and communicated with our vendors, made sure we got everything we needed (included food and never let our drinks be empty - and encouraged lots of water). We couldn’t imagine our day being any better and have her to thank for it!

We are so happy with our decision to have Andrea as the day-of coordinator. Sirata in St. Pete’s requires one, and I was hesitant because I have a need for planning and control. However, as the mother of the bride, I was helping my daughter from a different state, so I welcomed, I thought, another set of hands. I learned quickly and assuredly in our initial meeting that Andrea had this without my set of hands. Andrea’s expertise, knowledge, and organization reassured us that we could enjoy the moments and remember the memories. From organizing the wedding party at the ceremony, to having our vision for the ballroom, and to seeing that our pups played a part, every detail that we discussed was implemented. Andrea was also a pleasure to be around. We are thrilled with our experience!!!

There are truly not enough good words I can use to describe Andrea! Andrea helped us through every step of the journey of wedding planning, kept us focused and provided excellent suggestions when we weren’t sure what to do next. While wedding planning was wonderful, “Day Of Coordinator” Andrea FAR EXCEEDED ANY AND ALL EXPECTATIONS. She arrived early, and quickly took over all responsibilities to ensure the vendor arrivals (and departures) went smoothly. I never had to worry about a thing as soon as she arrived, I knew we were in wonderful hands. After the ceremony, Andrea saw to our every need, ensuring our cups were always full, and snacks on a plate. She kept us aligned with our timeline, was flexible with changes, and went so far above and beyond expectations. I could not recommend her enough, for any and all events! Your only wedding mistake would be not using Andrea!!!

Andrea made our wedding beyond our imagination. Not only did she go over a single detail month leading up. She remembered every detail and transitioned so smoothly.
