We couldn’t have been more thrilled with our wedding coordinator team! As a DIY bride, I took on the decoration myself, and they went above and beyond by flawlessly putting everything together at the venue. The space looked absolutely beautiful! They were always upbeat and friendly, keeping us on track with the timeline while making sure we enjoyed every moment.

Zely was such a tremendous help right from out first call to after the wedding. Zely and her team made the entire process smoother and was such a calming presence when I was anxious about the possibility of rain on our wedding day (it didn’t rain, thankfully!). Natalie and Kendra were always checking on us to make sure we had everything we needed, and always on top of things with a huge smile. We were so glad to have them.

Our guests kept telling us how great and helpful they were throughout the day. The fact that they were bilingual was such a huge bonus—many of our guests truly appreciated that extra level of communication and comfort. The team coordinated seamlessly with all of our vendors, ensuring everything ran smoothly. They even helped us capture the special moments, which we’ll cherish forever. Zely is the most amazing, caring, attentive wedding planner/coordinator. She made our daughter's special day even better than we had planned or imagined. Every time she saw us even thinking about something, she'd appear out of nowhere, find out what we were thinking and take care of it for us. We made some last minute tweaks to the wedding procession, and when we told Zely our new ideas, she listened, adjusted, and made it even better than our revised vision.

Regardless of the issue Zely as the veterans that she is quickly and professionally pivoted and made our day as stress free as possible in spite of less than perfect weather conditions. My wife and I havent gained a vendor weve gained a friend ❤️. We cant in good conscience recommend any other wedding planner anymore 😁.

From the first phone call talking to Zely, I knew she was the right fit for us! It was so difficult to find a wedding planner who also spoke Spanish for a great price, but Zely is definitely it! She helped us out finding vendors we didn't have yet, and working with us closely ro create a wedding timeline and executing it flawlessly!
