I hired Roots to Stems for my wedding in November, and had a fantastic experience! Our coordinator, Haleigh, was extremely capable, reliable, and easy to work with. We did the 3-month wedding planning package, and when my window opened to work with Haleigh it was fun and really nice to have someone genuinely interested in all my wedding details that I'd spent time thinking about, and she never made me feel like any idea/thought I had for the wedding was "too much" or "too complicated", instead, she made me feel like whatever vision I had could be executed. What I loved most about Haleigh is how much I felt like I could trust her on my wedding day! I truly did not have to spend ANY time on my wedding day coordinating or stressing, I knew Haleigh was all over it and the day ran extremely smoothy. She is excellent at executing a beautiful wedding, take for example the picture below of our monogram lighting displayed on the sweetheart table. I had originally asked for it to be featured on the dance floor, but when Haleigh realized it did not show up well enough on the dance floor, she came up with the alternative to display it on the sweetheart table and took the initiative to change the plan, which I absolutely LOVED! She was also great at being flexible with the timeline, like when she could tell I was having a great time on the dance floor and asked me quietly if I'd prefer to cut the cake now as scheduled or keep partying, to which I responded "keep partying!". I would definitely recommend hiring this team to make your wedding day all the more special, enjoyable, and seamless! Thank you guys!

I can't say enough positive things about Roots to Stems! We had the absolute pleasure of working with Brittani as our lead planner, and I honestly don't know how we would have pulled off our big day without her. From our very first meeting, she was incredibly detail-oriented, professional, and well-prepared. Brittani consistently checked in with me, making sure I had everything I needed and offering her support every step of the way. On our wedding day, she was truly amazing—taking care of everything behind the scenes and ensuring everything ran smoothly. Even my family couldn’t stop raving about how fantastic she was! Brittani effortlessly brought our vision to life and made the day feel seamless. A huge thank you to Brittani and the entire Roots to Stems team!

Bryanna was our wedding planner and was AMAZING!! She made the last six weeks of planning so easy. She was very organized and didn’t skip a beat. She was quick to reply to any questions we had and even made suggestions that made the process easier. On wedding day she was ready to execute my daughter’s vision and succeeded. She kept the timeline and everything proceeded timely and beautifully. We never felt rushed or stressed. It was the most beautiful day! I highly recommend Roots to Stems! We had Dani as our head planner and we loved her. We chose the 3-month package and it was the perfect amount of time for a wedding planner based on our needs. All of our vendors were booked by the time we met with her for the first time. We had a handful of scheduled meetings with her, but she was also available 24/7 via phone when we had a quick question. She was involved in every detail, reliable, responsive, and helped so much with coordinating with vendors. She handled the timeline and was willing to adjust wherever. She was very honest and gave us great options when making decisions. She tied all of the last minute details together and took so much stress off of us leading up to the big day! Dani did an AMAZING job coordinating everything on our wedding day. We had multiple people come up to us and tell us what a great job the planner did in coordinating everything so seamlessly. Any issue that popped up on our wedding day, I had no idea-- she handled everything and it was perfect! I couldn't recommend Dani enough. Thank you Dani!!!

We booked the full service package and Alayna and Haleigh were fantastic to work with. From the initial conversation, Alayna was excited hearing about our ideas and we knew she would have our best interests in mind. Alayna also had great vendor recommendations and it was a such an stress-free experience choosing and working with our vendors. Alayna and Haleigh are very prompt and detailed which made the entire planning process such a breeze for us. Even though the heavy rain had changed a lot of our initial ideas, Haleigh was very professional during the day and made our wedding more magical than we could have imagined. Our guests complimented us the entire night of how much fun they had, the decor, the activities and little details and that was in HUGE part due to the behind-the-scenes effort Alayna and Haleigh made to make this happen for us. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
