We had the pleasure of working with Carly from Orlando Designer Weddings for our Indian Fusion Wedding which was broken down to three events. I was an indecisive bride and had a lot of different ideas for each event for the wedding, yet Carly was able to take all of that in and create magic. Her creativity transformed our ideas into something stunning with perfect décor, beautiful flowers, and fun lighting. I wanted to party at my wedding, and she made that happen. She also surprised me by creating the most amazing seating chart which my guests haven’t stopped talking about. It was unique and fit perfectly with our wedding theme and all the credit goes to her.

Carly took the time to learn about us and was there to talk when needed. She matched us with vendors who fit our personality and because of that our décor, photos and videos flowed so well together. Overall, Carly’s professionalism, creativity, and dedication made our wedding day perfect, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to create magic for their special day!

Carly is an absolute lifesaver when it comes to weddings. I thought I wouldn't need a wedding planner but I was COMPLETELY wrong. I met with her several times before my big day, and she was always extremely nice, professional, and always able to handle any concerns or questions I had. Meeting with her took all the stress out of planning. She coordinated with all my vendors leading up the big day. She led the rehearsal and was quick and efficient at it. There were countless things that I didn't think through beforehand and didn't realize would be an issue until the day of - but she was the solution to all of those problems. One of those issues was actually my wedding dress and my bridesmaids dresses! The 8 of us had corset backs and I thought "oh, we will be able to figure it out on our wedding day". Carly ended up tying ALL of our dresses in the back because none of us were doing it right and we were taking way too long! She even helped with my bustle! She also set up all my favors for me, decorated my cake and cake table, decorated my sweetheart table, and countless other things. I didn't need to even take a glance at my reception area until it was time because I knew I was in fantastic hands. Carly had EVERYTHING under control and looking back at my wedding day, my day would have been disastrous without her. I really can't recommend her enough. She was the single most important vendor of my entire wedding. Carly - Thank you!

After having a bad experience with a different wedding planner that specializes in Hindu weddings in the Orlando area, I almost decided not to book a planner and plan my wedding myself. I found Carly in March of 2017 while scouring the internet and I am so glad I did. From our very first phone call and meeting, I was sold. My fiance and I hired Carly for full planning and she was a life saver. Carly was with us every step of the way from making appointments, to helping us book vendors, she even helped pick my reception gown. We had a 2 day Indian wedding, the first day was our hindu Ceremony and 2nd was our American reception. Normally brides are frantic and stressed but I was calm and free of worry because I knew Carly had everything taken care of. On the day of the ceremony my groom was set to make a grand entrance on his Lamborghini rental, the rental company never showed, Carly drove there and made sure he got exactly what he wanted and paid for. She is so dedicated and her love not only for her job but her couples as well is very evident. If you are still reading this you need to stop and just book Carly. I promise, you will not be disappointed. She was literally a fairy godmother and we gained a friend after almost 2 years of planning. Thank you Carly!

Carly is amazing, she is dedicated and is the queen of little details. She has experience with working with many vendors in the wedding industry but most importantly she is organized and plans for everything! She was incredibly accommodating since we lived in Miami and our wedding was taking place in Orlando (Casa Feliz), we had many Skype calls with her and every meeting she was always prepared and guided us through every step. She recommended our florist, cake vendor and even helped us pick our linens and plates! She is a visionary who loves what she does and has a gift for making everything perfectly beautiful. She also created a timeline with every little detail possible and it was very helpful to keep track of all of the vendors and the times they were arriving.

Our September 30, 2017 wedding came with few surprises early in the month. Florida had a very active hurricane season, and was impacted by Hurricane Irma a few weeks before the wedding. This created a lot stress but Carly kept the communication lines open and was with us every step of the way. Also, days leading up to the wedding Hurricane Maria posed a potential threat as well but Carly had already prepped us on what would happen and had 3 to 4 back up plans. Thankfully, we did not have go plan B or C we went with plan A.

On the day of our rehearsal, an hour before we were supposed to meet everyone at Casa Feliz rain came pouring down and we didn’t know if we were going to make it. Carly quickly came to rescue and made the call to move our rehearsal to the resort where we were staying. She coordinated with our officiant right away and we were able to have a rehearsal after all! She even called our rehearsal dinner location to let them know that we would arrive a little late due to the last minute change in plans. She was nothing but professional and ready for everything that came her way.

On our wedding day, Carly was the glue that held everything together. She helped me with my wedding dress and even came to the rescue when my veil was accidently forgotten at the resort! She worked with my bridesmaids and our hotel to get the veil to the venue just in time before the ceremony, she is a lifesaver! Another example of her dedication and managing skills, she had noticed that our wedding cake was shaking back and forth while we were dancing. She guarded it until she was able to inform us that we should make a change to our timeline and cut the cake earlier in order to protect it from any potential harm. She made sure our wedding day was perfect and for that, we are eternally grateful. She stayed until the very end gathering all of our belongings and put them in a box ready to go. Carly is an asset to any team and any bride would be honored to have her as her wedding planner.

If I could rate higher, I would. To say Carly is an amazing Wedding Planner is a grand understatement. Words cannot express how grateful we are to have had an expert in turning our dream wedding into reality. Also, this was no simple feat, considering we decided to have a destination wedding. Leo and I had such a broad vision with so many details to attend to, the planning became overwhelming at times. Carly was able to patiently listen to both our many ideas and filter it through a manageable way to accomplish our goal. She put us at ease and always brought us to center throughout the whole planning process. Her follow up is incredible. She responded quickly with solutions, answers and offered advice that was understanding to our needs. She coordinated communications between us and the resort to have one point of contact to make it easier for us. She assisted us in finding a wonderful photographer to capture our special day. Her expertise was invaluable in helping us figure the best solutions to keeping us in budget. Carly set up simple checklists and always made herself available for a chat or a meeting. To plan a fantastic wedding, we needed someone who is was organized, understanding, and creative to map out the whole picture. One of the big reasons, we were so grateful to have Carly assisting us all along the way. Our wedding was an absolute dream and utter perfection. Carly attended to all the details from coordinating between the multiple vendors, our 75 guests, and made sure every detail was attended to, which allowed Leo and I to take in every moment of our wedding day. Not only is Carly an incredible wedding expert and passionate of your vision, but she is sincere, caring, and one of the most wonderful planners, we were lucky to work with. Leo and I could not thank her enough for all the amazing moments and surpassing every expectation. I sincerely wish for everyone to be so lucky.

Carly helped me stay on track from planning a year out to the big day itself. She's professional because you can trust that she knows everything about wedding planning, etiquette, vendors, etc. On the wedding day, she kept the whole operation running smoothly (vendor set up, etc.). She kept everything and everyone within the planned timeline. Great day of coordinator! Had everything under control with her assistant.

We Did It!

Carlisha and I have been friends since we were kids. I’ve also worked with her as a makeup artist for a few of her brides, which gave me the chance to witness her work ethic and professionalism up close. I watched her go above and beyond for every bride and I knew she would do the same for me. When we got engaged, I knew there was no one I’d rather plan our wedding than her. She did not miss a beat - from our original wedding in Miami being cancelled due to the pandemic to re-planning in under a month in Orlando. She kept me sane and ensured I felt loved and supported. She surprised me with special touches on the day of that brought tears to my eyes. I’m forever grateful. My husband is still singing her praises almost a week after our wedding. Thank you so much, Carly, you exceeded our expectations. A wedding planner is a must for the working bride and you won’t find any better than Carly!
