1)The rooms have roaches. There’s also stains all over the sheets, all over the covers, and in the towels.
2) I had left the hotel and came back and it seemed like furniture was moved around. Seems like someone was in my room.
3) I’m also disabled on crutches and I was being rushed out the room. She unlocked my room door without giving me the opportunity to leave on my own. These people are untrustworthy

Charged extra because they said they was slow right now and leaks in ceiling and fridge was broke never replaced or fixed. Rooms dirty no room service or sheet n towel exchanges and a bunch or stomping banging around above your head from living quarters above your head. And cant have any pets plus always loud semis n police blaring horns and if it rains the room floods n no laundry room available and they try to charge for extra people if u have guest briefly visit and no phone and if you have any temporary financial issues there is no exception or empathy or compassion no mercy no kindness no love for your fellow man.

Price on line was advertised as $90. When arrived there after first phoning to confirm reservation, they jacked the rate up by $10. The office at 5PM was smelly, cluttered with boxes and locked. That should have been yet another warning sign. Paper sign in window said "No Refunds", "No Pool", etc., but neglected to say "No Internet". They only admitted that after you paid and tried to connect to do some work while there. Then they invoked the "No Refund" policy or else I would have left immediately, as I had a ton to get done. There should have been another sign, "Don't mind the GECKOS", as there were several running around in my room. The air conditioner was rattling so loudly that I could barely hear the TV unless I turned it up to an obnoxiously loud level. Water plumbed backwards to the faucets. The blinds were cut so that even when down, there was a sizable gap through which a gawker could see directly into the room. Had to hang a towel over that space. Need I continue?
Three times over 18 hours, they were asked for some consideration in the form of a small refund. The attendant always said, "Manager not here". In short, this place is a dump to be avoided at all costs.

After we checked in we went to our room to use the bathroom before we brought our suitcases in. Good thing. We found live cockroach in the bathroom. We asked for a refund but they refused. We would not stay. No way are we taking those little buggers home with us. Very poor service.

I give this hotel zero stars. I had the worst night sleep ever in a hotel at the Budget Inn! On check-in I had to call the phone number to get someone to come to the lobby as repeated ringing of the buzzer didn't work. The sign on the door says no pool, no guests, no refunds. The room appeared standard and clean at first. I was in room 111 a non-smoking room. The Portable A/C, which was extremely noisy, is apparently mounted right next to the AC unit for room 110 which is a smoking room. So, the chain smoker neighbors kept my room filled with smoke as their AC unit expelled the smoke into my AC intake. It was disgusting all night long. Then at 0230 a neighbor woke me up while someone pounded excessively on the door. I never did open my door to see what the issue was all about (there are no peep holes on the door and this is a HUGE safety issue). I turned on the light only to notice 2 cockroaches on the dresser and one run across the floor. I then inspected the bed for bugs and found long black hair in the bed/pillows (not mine). I never did manage to get back to sleep due to the smoke, noisy AC, rowdy neighbors, and bugs. At 0500 I decided to pack up and leave but was exhausted and tried to make a cup of coffee. The little coffee maker was broken and wouldn't even turn on! I left immediately, never to return. I will sleep in my car before staying at this place again. Next time I will drive to Sebring and pay for a quality hotel.

This place is definitely more than what you pay for. I was expecting a 1* or 2* place based on the price but the service and room was more in line with that of a 3.5* hotel. Room was recently remodeled and clean. The exterior looks like an older roadside motel but that isn't a bad thing as it's what is on the inside that counts. I wanted to give 5* but the pillows were lifelessly flat and the mattress felt old, like they had spent all the money on the aesthetics and ran out before they could replace them.

Don't know that I'll be back in the area again but I wouldn't hesitate to stay here, even with my kids it felt that safe and quiet.

Stayed here before and it was bad then. They raised the price since then. The wife tells me $120 plus tax. Then the husband says $120 plus tax, and a $50 deposit. THEN says it's $50 deposit in cash only. Very rude, and when I remarked of how it wasn't like that before, he told me to leave. Terrible people with dirty rooms and roaches.

Do not, I repeat do not book here! We booked and paid through Expedia for the 12Hrs of Sebring. Arrived and was told Expedia didn’t pay the hotel so we had to pay directly, and was proceeded to be charged over $300 a night, gouged over $250 a night more then we paid up front. Having no other choice as every hotel within 100 miles was sold out for the event we paid. Upon entering the room, there was no window, yes no window, It was like being in a dirty, disgusting closet. The smell of Febreze in the air to cover any lasting odors, paint chipping off the door and walls, sheets that were stained, …I could go on and on. We left after 2 nights because we just couldn’t bear to sleep there another night. What a way to ruin a weekend long event we look forward to every year.
