Chrissy is amazing!!!! She found me my dream cruise to Alaska for 10 days within my budget! She answered all of questions and has never made me feel like I am bothering her! She had so many suggestions and tips that only added to my experience. She also helped my mom and dad find a trip that they were booking as well. I booked a European vacation at The Villages Office in he fall of 2019. All was well, and was excited to go. Of course, Covid hit, and goofed up everything and everybody with travel plans for 2020. I understand, this has really affected business, I get that. I was very patient and didn't push the issue.

However I called the office many times, and emailed many times and NEVER got a response. I keep getting ads from Anchors Away to "book a cruise" now, so somebody has to be working. Why such a disregard for a paying customer?

I got so frustrated with Anchors Away, that I just called the Tour Operator for my European tour and booked directly with them. They had all my information, and were happy, ready, willing and able to answer all my questions, and make me a satisfied customer.

I wanted to be a good customer with Anchors Away, but I will never deal with them again. Yes, times are bad, but you should never ignore your paid customers. I am very disappointed.

We booked a cruise and tour to Alaska with Penny at Anchors Away. It was AWESOME. The Royal Princess was a beautiful ship with wonderful accommodations and services. The logistics from airfare to luggage was perfect, the ports and excursions are incredible.

You ABSOLUTELY have to take the helicopter to the glacier from Skagway. The views on your flight are breathtaking. The walk on the glacier will be a memory of a lifetime. It is Exhilarating, not exhausting.

We have booked several trips with Penny. Can't wait to see where we go next!
