Stopped in spoke w an employee there whom was quite curt rude stated they don't deal with last minute trips and don't deal with certain clientele.....amazing the judgement...I dint know you had to qualify to his approval prior to doing business there.Worked great for me found a great woman at other facility eager to help....

Kyle helped us book our elopement trip to Alaska, we had no idea where to even begin, I'm so thankful we found him! My husband and I just completed our Canadian Rail Adventure. It was amazing. We took The Rocky Mountaineer from Vancouver to Banff. Then The Canadian from Jasper to Toronto. The staff at Beyond and Back Travel made all the arrangements. Beginning with car service that picked us up from the airport in Vancouver and took us to our hotel, and the car service that picked us up from our hotel in Toronto to take us back to the airport and all the accommodations in between. Beyond and Back Travel staff is professional and extremely knowledgeable. They responded immediately and anticipated our needs while planning our vacation. There was a change to the train schedule and they weree on top of it quickly to make the necessary arrangements. Kyle, the leisure travel agent called us before our vacation to double check everything was in order. He also called us after our vacation to check in to see how we enjoyed ourselves. He asked our opinion on the trip and accommodations so he could provide more accurate information to future clients. My husband and I love working with Beyond and Back Travel.
