We went on a first time trip to Israel last November and it was so awesome. Noseworthy Travel took care of all the details and the hotels and restaurants were all top notch. Very clean and comfortable. The tour guides and drivers were all exceptional. They had so much knowledge and training they made the tour so educational and entertaining at the same time. Be cautious when booking with this company. We have traveled extensively around the world, and had to deal with cancelations or changes a number of times. Nothing unusual. However, with this group there are several things to be aware of.
In short this, company is quite unorganized. This is even before going on a tour.
1. After submitting our travel document, we were asked multiple times to submit the docs again.
2. There is a fee for everything. Spirit Airlines have less fees than this company.
3. Our trip got canceled due to the war in the region. The refund takes 6-8 weeks. You can guaranty the check is not leaving their office in less than 8 weeks.

Our trip to Israel was scheduled for the first week of November 2023 and was canceled due to the October 2023 attack. We requested a refund but still haven't received the refund more than 3 months later.

this is the worst agency, they never pick up their phone and don't give you the right information or details pertaining to travel. They charge you for every little things, and they always making mistake on information given multiple times no matter how much you have giving it to them. I would never use this agency and consider others don't. They are horrible to deal with.

I was not pleased with the lack of contact, or confirmation for reservations made after 3 attempts. I ended up canceling after 30+ days of waiting. The people I spoke with each time were very congenial, yet I never received what I asked for, even when things were said to have been mailed out.
