Attempted to use this travel agency, however the representative was so rude and nasty. I told her "NoThank you"!
Second response. First of all I don't use the language Lida travel is accusing.
She was rude and her response to a possible Customer is self explanatory. I have the time frame we spoke on my my phone it was only a minute. Not long enough to have the conversation she is speaking of. Shame on you Lida travel for such an ugly untruthful response. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS TRAVEL AGENCY.

I can always count on Lida Travel to provide an accurate itinerary for the flight booking that my client needs. Once my clients get their visas, then they are able to book their flight directly with Lida Travel. That attention to service is missing when you book with a website as getting assistance can take hours of your time.

The price has been the same as when I have searched for a flight on a site like Kayak or Expedia, but I am getting the added bonus of great service when needed.

Full confession: I tried booking a flight to Denmark without consulting Mary of Lida Travel. BIG MISTAKE! The airlines played all sorts of games and I wasn't able to book the flight.

Then I called Mary and she worked her magic and got us great tickets right away. She did the same for me on a trip to Italy, and then again on a trip to Brazil. She's helped out friends of mine as well.
