This is regarding our stay this past weekend in room 4107. Two bdr/two bath suite.

We have stayed in dozens of Hilton properties and we cannot fathom how this place is able to slap a Hilton name onto their hotel. This stay has done a great disservice to the Hilton brand name and quality associated with it. Definitely going to send this same review to Hilton corporate.

Room smelled funky/mildewy when we checked in and the carpet was clearly very soiled in numerous spots.

Tile floors? Sticky and not cleaned thoroughly in a long long time. Were they clean? Perhaps they were cleaned 2-3 occupants before us but having your feet stick to the floor when you first enter a room is simply disgusting.

Fridge? Broken. Not getting cold enough at all, spoiling all our food we brought with us and we had to toss it all in the trash.

Dishwasher? Could not even pull the bottom rack out because the metal trim and rubber waterproof stripping were detached (I had to lift and turn the bottom rack sideways to get it out) and decided to leave the dishes in the sink. Not sure if the dishwasher was broken but seriously behind in needing service and was going to leak if it was run.

Both toilets barely flushed down water and were on the verge of clogging AFTER OUR FIRST USE.

Water never got hot in one of the bathrooms and was boiling hot in the other.

The hotel owners clearly got a good deal on the bathroom sinks as they were not remotely functional to even wash your hands (think of them as deep as a soup bowl) with a mismatched faucets that were too big for the sink. They certainly looked nice but you can't functionally use a sink that is 2 inches deep. Glad the owner could save a few bucks here with this.

Not sure this room has been renovated in 10+ years (or since the hotel was built) as the ceilings are popcorn painted to hide the cracks and water damage under them. The bottom of the walls and doors clearly had some water damage in the past and perhaps this is why there was a musty funk stinking up the room.

I have stayed in nicer days inn motels than this room. None of the doors closed smoothly and the suite layout was extremely awkward at best.

We would have complained about everything above but they were fully occupied and we simply couldn't give this place another chance to redeem themselves as this was such a poor first try. This room should have never been made available for anyone.

We honestly feel bad for the employees who have to work at and represent this kind of a dump. The owners are making tons of money here (...we spent almost $1200 on this dump for two nights) and clearly haven't put anything back into it - at least the room that we stayed in).

Recommend staying at any other place around here, even the days inn up the street.

Positive: I like the rooms and amenities offered. It feels like a home. Also, having doors to separate the room from the living room and kitchen gives guests extra privacy. The parking included is a plus and accessible to all rooms. Negative: I am an HH member, but there is preferential treatment for guests who book directly with Hilton Honors.

No issues with room or service, enjoyed my stay overall. Just wasn't a fan of the multiple buildings and going out in the freezing cold into a separate building for breakfast. But the price was right so it was was it was. I'd still stay there again.

I had an awful experience at this hotel. We arrived and were told not to go into our room because it was still being cleaned. Keep in mind, this was at 8pm! I waited outside the door for almost an hour with my kid, who was crying and upset. When I went back to the office to request another room, they initially said they had no other rooms available, but suddenly managed to give us another one—which was also dirty. Clearly, they lied. The breakfast was terrible as well. I made a formal complaint with Hilton, and no one has bothered to contact me yet. I would not recommend staying here.

Please read the recent negative reviews. We are warning everyone. Our stay here was awful. Two(?) large groups took over the hotel. For multiple days we had no access to the pool, breakfast or basketball court. Other children just watched as large groups monopolized everything. They were loud too. Yelling teens and adult arguments were not cool. Management made sure it was quiet by mid-evening. That helped, but the hotel was overwhelmed and didn't seem to know what to do. It must have been tough on hotel staff too. The only happy people were out of control kids, dogs or absent parents who were in large groups barbecuing and drinking. The rooms were set up nicely but unclean and breaking down. Food on floor from previous guests, badly clogged drain and stains on floors and furniture. Wifi was spotty. TV/satellite dish went down too (not for long). Management chose to take these large group reservations. Those decisions earned these negative reviews and bad experiences for guests. We cannot return again.

I am writing this review based on an incident that happened at this hotel, and the manner in which the situation was dealt with . During my stay there I had gone to the commissary area to get a candy bar for my 11 year old son .. the jar which contained the candy bars was on fairly high shelf which my son was trying to reach .. I went over moved him out of the way and tried pulling the jar closer so that I could reach inside for the candy . The glass cover which lay loosely on top ( which I didn’t know ) fell smack unto my nose causing blood gush . the supervisor did a report , I then had to go to an urgent care where I had to do X-rays to check to see if anything was broken , it was also recommended highly that I also get a tetanus shot . The gash on the bridge of my nose also had to be glued together .. on reaching back to the hotel the supervisor advised me that I would receive a phone call regarding the incident from the hotel management the next day ( I was leaving early the next morning to fly back home ) .. on waking up the next morning my eyes were swollen and I had black eyes and pain .. i received a phone call form management 2 days later ..He apologized about the incident and offered me 10, 000 points as compensation. Now bear in mind all expenses were on me for transportation and medical care . I responded and told him that I did not think it was fair for me to to have to incur costs for something that happened at the property , where proper precautions were not made when placing items on a high shelf , the covering ( thick glass ) fell on me . He responded and stated that nothing egregious was done . I absolutely lost it . How on earth can I be blamed for something that was placed in such a precarious position, and what if it had fallen on my child ? . He then apologized and said they would look into it further .. he then called back and said they would file an insurance claim, and that and an adjuster would call back in six working days .. so I waited .. during this time I developed a rash on my face from the injury on my face and once again ended up at the urgent care for an allergic reaction to the glue . So that would be twice in one week . As per the manager if I had not heard from the adjuster I am to call him back .. I have done so twice and have never been able to get through despite leaving messages for him to call me back , and it has now been over three weeks .. this has ruined my Christmas .. not only was I in pain but the swelling and rash were so bad that my coworkers were commenting on how bad I looked . ( Imagine having to go in to work looking as if someone had beat me up ) .This has been a horrible experience and the fact that they do not even have the decency to call me back is beyond belief .. plz see pics below and you will see the progression from when I was hit and as the days progressed . I am extremely disappointed and hurt by the way I am being treated. This hotel needs to do better .

Room: The bathroom was not really clean. Tub had hairs and dust on the floors. Place is not new but very accommodating. Love the concept and the layout of both the suite and the buildings. They have shampoo, conditioner and towels ?
Service: Minimal contact but they were very friendly and helpful!

I'll be back here!

This hotel used to be a great place to go but over the last year or 2, it’s been nothing but downhill. I’m not sure if new management took over but, service here is at an all time low. I believe that management does not understand the importance of making their guest feel good about their stay. I really hope they fix service and what matters to each guest. I never had issues with room cleanliness.
