Paolo was great and provided extremely excellent advice to help make our month in Italy memorable and professionally planned. We had a one hour zoom call with Paolo today to discuss our upcoming trip to Puglia. Paola was very knowledgeable and easy to talk with. He gave detailed info on everything we were interested in from places to stay, places to visit, places to eat, where to experience wine making and olive oil pressing as well as where to take hands on cooking classes.
