One of the best choices for large weddings and events. One of the few wedding venues that has a grooms suite to get ready in. I've shot many wedding here and the experience is always great. From a photographer and videographer perspective there's some good tree lines, pond, boardwalk, and ceremony area to work with. Mid day there's not much shade, so you have to plan accordingly. There's been some amazing sunsets there as well. I'd recommend this venue.

Gorgeous venue. Everything was perfect for my niece's wedding! Highly recommend! The only suggestion I would make would be some sort of transportation for the elderly, my 78 year old mother struggled to make it to the building and back to our vehicle. Golf carts would be a much needed addition for the elderly and handicapped.

I always enjoy coming out to this venue whether it's for work or as a guest. Rose and her husband do an awesome job with this place and it always looks amazing. So if you are thinking about this place then let me stop you and say book it now. You won't be disappointed.

Great place to hold a wedding rehearsal and the actual wedding Mrs. Woodham is very nice and professional you can even have a family gathering also.

The best place to get married!! My daughter got married there Nov 11 and it was everything she wished for. It is beautiful and Rose is so easy to work with. I highly recommend Magnolia Bay, it was the best decision.

Beautiful venue! Smaller side and larger side, so it can accommodate. Beautiful views outside and the owner was extremely nice (and I was just a wedding guest!) One side parking give you a boardwalk tour, but it looks like there is a second area to park if you need to be closer to the building.

I just had my wedding Magnolia Bay!! My husband and I are speechless, this venue when we first saw it was more than perfect the way it was built! Personally nothing needed to be added to make it beautiful! We did add chiffon to add character but this venue has so much natural beauty!! Rose and her husband were always so helpful, always answered the phone when we called for questions, advice, or anything we needed! Rose made sure that everything we wanted we were able to do and accomplish! We had so many compliments on the venue itself! The bride and groom suite it’s AMAZING! They have doors to block off if you don’t do the first look! If you have an amazing coordinator and a beautiful venue, everything will come together!! Magnolia Bay, is worth every penny we spent, she provides tables and chairs and rental for other beautiful set ups throughout!! It was just absolutely amazing and I would rent Magnolia Bay all over again!! She also books up so fast and like a year in advance but when you see the venue, you will completely understand and see the beauty behind the whole venue!! It also means a lot to have amazing owners who will work with about their property!
