I haven’t used DU for some time, but have to say the improved curb side communications and pick up at airport on my return home flight was very good. In the past there were several mixups that cost me a lot of time. Good change communicating directly with the driver. Keep it up.

My driver Axel was there right on time . He was waiting for me outside of baggage claim. He grabbed my bag for me and we were off. Vehicle was super clean and in perfect shape. The ride home was great. I would definitely use them again!

Kyle was an excellent driver. He was friendly, pleasant and polite. Also when I received a call he automatically turned down the radio. I coughed a couple times while on my call and he quickly handed me a bottle of water. Great service and experience.

I have always had great experiences with Drivers Unlimited, but this last time they went above and beyond. Greg K. was my driver, coming from Stamford, CT to LGA, and I unfortunately left a very important personal item in the car after he got me to the airport safely and quickly at 5:45am that day. He coordinated with the team at the main office, who are wonderful by the way, and got my address and had it delivered to my house. I feel so fortunate that I get to ride with Drivers Unlimited and Greg for my work trips. I’ve also rode with Christopher S. and he is awesome too! I will be booking them when I go to NY for personal vacations as well. Thanks to their great staff and drivers!
