Scott is such a whiz on all things boats, and we enjoyed having a day-long group course with him on the inner-workings/maintenance of our Yanmar diesel engine. The winter storage service we’ve had on our Silverton Convertible was top notch and very attentive. Communication with Debbie is very reliable and efficient. Dishonest and corrupt management. If you want to be given a run around, gladly use them. Two experiences at this entity and both times I came out disgusted. The management must not be interested in creating a loyalty or a positive experience to the public, which is evident from their business tactics which they make sure only benefit themselves. The customer is not their focus.

Port Niantic is a full service Cummins and Mercruser facility. This facility also has slip rental and indoor rack storage rentals. They carry a full line of engine, maintain maintaince products, and hardware. I've had Port Niantic servicing my boat for quite a while now and find them to be quite knowledgeable, experienced and detail oriented.

I have been using Port Niantic for 17 years for rack storage, I will not be using them again; their mechanics are useless and they have repeatedly damaged the bottom of my boat, the fork lift operaters are goons;Stay away if you value your boat
