We used Majestic Destination Travel to help us with our trip!! Melissa was exceptional!! She is very knowledgable about flights, hotels, tours and she is very meticulous about every detail! Melissa was available every time we had a concern or question!! She handled everything for us!! We had no worries at all on this trip!!

We wanted to visit family in Australia. So we had looked up flights to go from JFK to LAX to Sydney!! We then decided to come home via London!! When we spoke to Melissa she was able to put together a one world ticket that made sense, in business class and it was less expensive! She booked us seats on every flight (there were 7) that were comfortable and superb!! She let us know number of suitcases we could take on an international flight and the weight for each!

Melissa booked us in excellent hotels with great amenities and staff that were so very helpful, welcoming and all around fun! We had fantastic breakfasts included with the hotels which made it super easy in the AM!!

The tours that Melissa booked were top notch! We saw so much in a short period of time, but she left us just the right amount of down time to explore on our own, enjoy the region or simply relax!!

Melissa met with us and quickly assessed that we did not want to be on the go everyday. We wanted to enjoy the journey!! The tours Melissa set up took into account what we were interested in doing and seeing! The guides accommodated everything we discussed and more. They got to know us and incorporated different sights based on how we were feeling our likes and dislikes! Melissa utilized small local companies in Sydney which was fantastic and we thoroughly enjoyed!

We will be using Melissa again for our travel needs and have highly recommended Melissa to our family and friends!!
