Don’t get your amazon packages delivered here unless you want to stand in line behind people conducting DMV business for 10-15 minutes. The guy in front of the line knew I was looking for a package and told the woman working the counter. Her reply was “you’ll have to wait your turn” as she helped that kid apply for an international driver license or something else not so straight forward.

Stopped into the AAA and needed some assistance with state maps. Jose was beyond helpful and knowledgeable in assisting me. He put together a TripTik for me for my upcoming trip and this was so incredibly informative and helpful. It’s nice to have someone go above and beyond and Jose was absolutely amazing!! Thank you so much for facilitating my trip!! On a side note, AAA has the cheapest rate for insurance, and the best roadside assistance. Five ?.

Very simple to get to from the highway, easy parking and very friendly and helpful employees. I went to pickup discount tickets so didn't use their DMV services however 2 other people were and both seemed to go quickly. There is a nice waiting area though if you had to wait a few minutes.

Great services and very professional work ethics. I was very disappointed when i visited AAA in Avon yesterday. And my wife and I visited this AAA at Glastonbury today. The service quality and kind welcoming atmosphere were totally different from the place in Avon. When we waited for the service, the man actively came out to offer the service. Super nice people are working there. My wife and i are very pleased the way they serve and treat clients. We will love to visit this place again from now on when we have any DMV business. Awesome people over here!!

I called in one time and ask if they could help me with a copy of policy. The person I spoke to on the phone was very rude. She sounds like she doesn’t wanted to help me and told me to call costumers service. There policy is to provide costumers with whatever copies you ask for if you need to. But, this lady was not very helpful and was extremely rude. This was my first time and will be my last time seeking for help there.

Wow. I will never go anywhere else if possible, this felt more like visiting family members than doing DMV services. The whole country needs to take note and how they run their office.
