Katie is a life saver! In February of 2020 my husband and I decided that we finally wanted to start planning a trip to Disney world for us and our two kids. We very quickly became extremely overwhelmed. I had never realized that a trip to Disney World had so many intricacies. I felt like I needed to learn a whole new language! Between magic bands, fast passes, sky liners, and rope drops, we had no idea what we were doing. I found Katie through some great reviews on google and reached out. Best decision that I could have made. She instantly got back to me and we immediately began planning. She explained everything that we didn’t understand (which was almost everything ?) and got us set right up.
She laid out all of our options and we simply just had to pick what we wanted, she took care of everything from there. She set up everything with our resort, park tickets, and transportation to/from the airport. Additionally, she told us when to schedule our dinner reservation, park reservations, and gave us her recommendations for restaurant choices and airline decisions. Her communication was impeccable and she truly made our vacation absolutely perfect. My favorite recommendation was that we include the memory maker to our trip which was, to us, priceless. She was never pushy or overbearing and felt like a girlfriend that I could always count on the whole time. Her service is incomparable and so necessary if you want a stress-free memorable Disney experience. In summary, we highly highly recommend Katie
