This is a great gift store. It has really unique things and gifts, plants, candles.The gift wrapping service and balloon set ups for any occasion are great. The woman Annette is so helpful and wraps gifts really well. The card selection is great and there always a personal touch not like Paper Source where the customer service sucks and everything is over priced

This place looks cute but I've never seen it open. Just stopped by to get a birthday card and gifts and the door was locked (1 hour before their posted closing time). Difficult to say if I'll bother walking down next time I need a gift on that chance they're closed again... 🙁

I had a very good conversation with the owner, we joked and spoke of some of our life experiences while she wrapped my presents for my children.

She is quite the business woman and her wrapping skills are better than mine! I enjoyed doing business with her! Next Christmas I'll be there!

I set out to find someone who could wrap a gift for me. What I found far exceeded my expectations. Annette is a wonderful shopkeeper who uses her experience and expertise to help guests make a decision. If you're still of the mindset that gift cards are more of an insult than they are an actual gift, you will appreciate having the option of taking your gift giving to the next level with a proper presentation. Take the time to do it right (which for me means happily paying a professional). Your recipient will appreciate the effort.

Horrible service. Firstly, the store was an hour late to open, and by the time it did, the woman who was there provided an awful experience. She laughed at the gifts I asked to be wrapped; they were for an expectant mother (diapers and baby lotion. Funny, right?). She then proceeded to tell me she couldn’t even wrap the gifts; they wouldn’t look good enough apparently (how that’s my fault, I have no idea). I would understand if she had reservations about how things would look and could recommended some alternatives, or a happy medium. Maybe only wrapping some of my items and bagging others? But nope, she just refused. I’ll never come here again.

Wonderful store, and the owner was there and was so helpful. I got some great wrapping paper for some gifts, and I will definitely be coming back. Parking is free, you just need to validate at Macys.
