Whitney absolutely nailed it! From wrangling in rowdy groomsmen to setting up the decor and recommendations while planning she truly was a god send. We hired Whitney 6 months before our wedding after having fired our previous wedding planner and she jumped right in to get us back on track and was super helpful on our monthly planning calls and was always available to answer questions, texts or send ideas. Leading up to the wedding she would constantly check in on what was outstanding, how we were feeling and if there was anything else she could take off our plate. On wedding day I had no stress knowing that Whitney was out there organizing all vendors, decor and running the show. Without Whitney I can confidently say our wedding day would not have been as beautiful and stress free as it was. Whitney is such a professional and has an amazing personality I wish I could work with her everyday! I would definitely recommend her over and over again!

Working with Whitney at Candlelight Events was a dream come true!! Our venue highly recommended her and now we know exactly why we were so lucky to have her ? I had worked independently for several months planning my wedding on my own and Whitney came to save the day. After I booked all my vendors, I was pretty overwhelmed so the month of planning/day of coordinating package was worth every penny! She asked all the right questions, helped organize my thoughts for the day and formulate the perfect timeline. We ended up having everything we needed and wanted and nothing we didn’t. Our meetings with Whitney are what made me feel eventually confident in my vision when I had so few expectations for a wedding to begin with. I was not one of those brides who knew exactly what they wanted but thanks to Whitney’s hard work I never felt like there was something we were missing leading up to the day. She made what could have been a very stressful month/day, essentially stress-free which was huge for my mental health. She was consistently checking in on me and keeping me in the loop. While I was relaxing and putting in work on last minute projects the month of the wedding, she was contacting my vendors and giving them all the information/direction they needed. Whitney’s calm and positive presence was especially beneficial to my husband and I as unexpected circumstances popped up day of like the two feet of snow and vendor changes!! We got to soak in every beautiful second knowing she was doing what needed to be done. We couldn’t have found a better coordinator and fit for us and our event anywhere else; Candlelight Events made the wedding exactly what we had always hoped for and more!! Thank you so much Whitney!

She was very communicative with us and the vendors, she took control and understood our visions, and she was just so fun to have around for our big day. Whitney is literally AMAZING. HIRE her to be your wedding day coordinator. She is on top of things, very helpful, professional, friendly, and everything you want in a wedding day coordinator! We had some issues happen very last minute at our wedding for it being at a campground, and she worked her butt off to fix those issues and direct people perfectly to get it all fixed. No one even knew there were issues that were happening because she's so quick and on top of it. We had phone calls before the wedding where she asked great questions and could tell she was taking it all very seriously to make sure it was all ready for the wedding day. She also helped so much by taking charge in contacting all our vendors so we didn't have to deal with that the week or weekend of our wedding. Our wedding venue was not easy, as it was all DIY, outside, and she made it seem seamless! For our wedding rehearsal she was very directional and we only needed one practice! She knows what she's doing and is super friendly!
