I recently used Christi with cruise planners to plan a trip to Peru, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the experience! Christi helped my husband and I plan an AMAZING trip to Costa Rica in June 2023. It was our first trip to Costa Rica and we had no idea how to plan the trip or what we should do while visiting the country. Christi set us up with Kensington tours and helped us plan a trip that included volcanos, cloud forests, and beaches, along with wildlife tours, boat rides (river rafting and lake crossing), and coffee and chocolate tours (YUM!!!). My favorite thing about Christi is how she listened to us give very vague ideas, and then sifted through all our thoughts to plan a vacation that was perfect for us. She is now working on a whale watching tour for my mother and a trip to see penguins for my husband. We will definitely use her again-HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!

I have cruised several times in the past and wanted to use a travel agent near me. I
contacted Christi about booking a cruise, she was very rude and unhelpful. I asked her where her office was located and she said her location has nothing to do with our conversation. I found through probing, that she has a home office. I have worked in customer service for 20+ years, I have worked in the cruising industry for Carnival, I was shocked by the attitude and the extremely unhelpful behavior displayed. Horrendous to say it lightly.
