I truly cannot recommend Catherine enough!!! When we first started wedding planning, we had hoped to do it all ourselves. While my vision began to evolve, I realized that the wedding we had hoped for had a lot of moving parts and I began to feel overwhelmed by the whole process. I reached out to Catherine and having her coordinate for me was the best decision I made throughout all of my wedding planning!!

From day one, Catherine was great about keeping in touch and reaching out to all my vendors to keep everyone on the same page. I got lots of compliments from my vendors about her professionalism, communication and enjoyment they had working with her. She was very flexible allowing me to work on the parts of the wedding I wanted to while also stepping in on the not so fun parts ensuring that I felt like our wedding was truly our vision, just with her help materializing it.

It was my dream to get married in RMNP which would mean our first look, photos, ceremony site and reception site were all in separate locations which could have caused us a lot of headache had Catherine not stepped in. She had our whole day organized and planned but was so accommodating when we needed an extra unplanned minute to just be in the moment and take a breather.

Beyond being a lifesaver to my husband and I, Catherine was amazing at including our families in the process. She was so patient and kind with everyone that often asks "what can I do" and was able to make everyone feel involved while also ensuring that our families and loved ones were able to enjoy the day as well.

More than anything, I am so grateful for her presence on our big day. She is so kind, genuine, patient and really helped me stay calm on such a big busy day. She was a joy to have by my side throughout the whole day and I feel so blessed that she was able to help us create the wedding we had talked about for 9 years. She even pulled off the ultimate first look at the Stanley Hotel (which we were told was not possible), a very nostalgic piece of our love story, which is my most cherished memory from the day.

Catherine is the BEST!!! She was so thoughtful & supportive throughout the entire process. She made sure all our wish list items were accommodated and helped mitigate anything that could’ve gone wrong day of. On the day we had a lil traffic issue (thanks Broncos!!) and were late to our ceremony- she made sure the guests were cared for and venue/catering were on the same page for new timing - she was so calm & cool that it made us chill and go with the flow couldn’t have asked for a better planner & coordinator!!

I am very organized and was unsure if I wanted a day of coordinator. Both my husband and I have agreed, Catherine was absolutely the best thing we decided on for the wedding. She was incredible and made our night so special. She thought of things we did not consider. There are not words to describe all of the little details she took care of day of. From sitting with the flower girl, taking care of meals for handicapped guests, having our favorite drinks ready for us, and modifying the timeline as needed, she was the main reason the wedding was as smooth as it was! Catherine was quick and efficient with communication. She was incredibly fun to hang out with. Our night was perfect and we will always be grateful for how much time we got together during the night! I cannot recommend her enough! She was the best decision we made!

Catherine was so lovely to work with from our first meeting through the very end of the wedding day.
