Melody assisted us with our trip to St. Lucia for our anniversary. She was great! We had to change weeks due to some flight issues and Melody did so for us upon ask and accommodated our changes in travel dates.

Working with Susie Christenson was the best decision we could have made. Susie listened to our needs and recommended a location we probably would not have chosen. We took a leap of faith and it was the best vacation we have ever had. Her advice and expertise was second to none. Susie Christensen has gone absolutely above and beyond as our travel agent! 10/10 would recommend. My fiancé and I are staying at Sandals for the first time for our honeymoon in October 2024. Susie has been so incredibly responsive, helpful, and informative throughout the planning process so far. We have changed our minds several times on the specific Sandals resort that we've wanted to stay at as we refined our budget and looked into travel advisories. Susie has been so patient with us and answered all of our questions, no matter the hour of the day. She also sorted through the hassle of applying our deposit to a new resort and rebooking our flights without any frustration and assured us that she wanted our honeymoon to be perfect for us and everything we want it to be. Susie also has a plethora of information about each resort and related excursions. We are so excited for our trip to Sandals Royal Barbados in October and have Susie to thank for booking our perfect room and flights. Thank you, Susie, for your help!!! We would recommend Susie to anyone looking for a travel agent and will continue to work with her for future Sandals trips!
