Beautiful loft in a great location! Walking distance to town and just a block from the Mineral Belt Trail! The accommodations here are first rate. Lots of windows to take in the views, clean, beautifully furnished and the building was super quiet. Will definitely book again!

We loved this place. Very unique and cozy unit with tall celings, corner fireplace and comfy beds. Great location, only about 15 minutes to Ski Cooper, which was awesome! and just a very short drive, or walk, to downtown shops and grocery. Great hosts. We will Will likely try to book another stay in these units, next time we visit town.

This place was perfect for my family of 3. This was our 2nd time renting in this historic building but our first time in the awesome 2nd floor 2 bedroom. The light and atmosphere in this unit just puts you in a good mood and the place is stocked with everything you could need. It’s a short walk to the main drag with all the restaurants and about a 15 minute drive to Ski Cooper so you can’t beat the location. Everyone at High Rocky Homes was very helpful and the place was spotless when we checked in. Great experience and will be back. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful place to stay in Leadville, with brick walls and high ceilings, tasteful decor, and even a private sauna! I highly recommend staying in this beautiful place with gorgeous mountain views next time you're in the area!

We checked in and found a two-bedroom condo with spacious living room exactly as promised. It's a beautiful, historic building. One bed was more firm than the other so choose to suit your needs. We enjoyed learning the history of this former hospital building and its origins. Today, it's well furnished with everything you need in appliances, cookware and a spacious central living area. The wi-fi and Roku TV were great. There were lots of things to offer options for entertainment if we'd chosen to stay in, including games, books and a record player with several choices in vinyl. Leadville is a great place to hike, bike and enjoy history and this was a perfect place to experience it all.

A great place to stay in Leadville! It is right next to the Leadville railroad (which is well worth the trip) and very close to downtown Leadville. The lofts are spacious & comfortable.
