We really liked our cabin/condo and will be happy to stay again if we're in the leadville area. It was spacious and really very clean. There were nice towels provided and a relatively well-stocked kitchen. The location was close to Leadville and easy to get to but a bit close to the road. It's not a terribly busy road, but since we had the windows open a lot, the sounds and lights of vehicles were noticeable.
The beds were very comfortable and everyone slept well.

We had an amazing time on our family trip to Leadville. We stayed in Woodrose 9A. It was perfect!! There were 8 of us & plenty of room. The unit was newly done & had top of the line appliances, flooring & amenities. They have thought of everything!! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were roomy & lots of places to sit & lounge in the family area. The kitchen was spacious & nice for 5 kids!!! The location was perfect as well. It felt like we were in the woods with all the beautiful trees & space around us, but we were all just minutes from town. The office was helpful & communication was always reliable & timely. I definitely reccomend!!’

I enjoyed my stay here. The cabins/rooms are new and nice. They were clean and fully furnished. It was in a group of trees off of the main road, so it was nice to sit and relax. Our room had chairs outside to lounge on the porch. It was quiet there and we had a deer venture past our spot. It's just outside of town, probably only a 5 minute drive to downtown, and it's in a pretty location. It was a nice stay and I highly recommend.

First night off season we were the only ones here. Close to town, stores, Turquoise lake. And a trail if you can find it with a great view of Mt. Massive. It would be nice if the outside lights went off at 10 p.m. for star gazing. Those lights shine right in the bedroom, maybe curtains if the lights need to stay on

Excellent cabins. By far the cleanest cabin or condo I have ever stayed in. All systems in unit worked great. Much different than condos in Summit County that are rundown with clogged drains. Grand West Village Resort was awesome. We can not wait to go back. Seamless process and beautiful location

When I looked at the pics online, I was skeptical. It doesn’t look like what I saw as an outdated room. ||I stayed in 4B and was delighted. Super clean, updated and well stocked. At the time the grounds were impossible to see (feet of snow) but I look forward to going back to see the beautiful surrounds. Friend stayed in apartment over office and it was the same. Well cared for and comfortable. ||Don’t hesitate and book. ||And to the man who did snow removal.....thanks for getting out there and making my walkway safe every day!!

Grand West is wonderful! It embodies everything you think of when staying at a cabin in the mountains, with only a few exceptions. They are multi-unit "cabins," with each unit having their own porch. With it's location, it's far enough away from Leadville to provide the mountain scene that you're looking for, it's also a short drive back into town for supplies and entertainment. The units come completely stocked with everything you need to prepare & eat your meals. Eating out at restaurants in Leadville is a chore & half the time ends in disappointment. But that is simply the nature of vacationing in a mountain town high in the Rockies. So... Bring your own food! They provide nice towels, plenty of pillows upon request, hand soap & shampoo. This was our 2nd time here, and will be returning. We love Grand West and Leadville!

We’ve stayed here twice, and had a good experience both times. We will be back for the Leadville 100 MTB in 2019. They have well appointed cabins including washer/dryer and full kitchen, perfect for any activities you have planned. Only downside is the lack of A/C, but if you plan right and it’s not too hot, you can cool it down for night. Our cabins have both had ceiling fans to help.
