Was married here May 17th and it was a beautiful experience! The owners are so helpful from the time we toured and booked our day, through all of the tastings, rehearsal, and the day of the wedding. The wedding coordinator was professional and definitely helped make the flow of everything go smooth. I couldn't have asked for a better experience and am so thankful my husband and I picked Christie's of Genesee. Also, the food is so good! So glad that they offer tastings so that you can try everything before picking.

I attended my nieces wedding at this venue. The location is excellent with easy on/off access to the highway and it's literally right off the highway so no winding road for miles. It sits next to a strip mall yet despite that the feel is rustic and set apart. The interior is lovely with a long wooden bar and several rooms (the wedding had 3 medium contiguous rooms (1 for bar/dance area, 1 for dinner and 1 for the buffet). The ceremony was held outside off the dance area and it was stunning. Garden like woodsy feel complete with a small waterfall and babbling brook-so lovely! Trees, flora and fauna all around. (See photo). The tables were gorgeous but the stunner was the bride/groom table! Just so elegant! Staff was on it the entire time. Have you ever been to a celebration and the bars 3 deep or you're waiting 15+ minutes for food? Not here. These people worked in sync with one another and everything flowed smoothly. Just a huge ? for jobs very, very well done! Very friendly and courteous. This diamond in the Rockies is the venue to book if you have an event!

We just got married here on July 18 and it was the most beautiful experience of our lives. The venue was gorgeous and the staff was so helpful throughout the entire night. The owners, Kerri and Frank, are just lovely and kept us informed and made themselves available as needed. Would 100% relive our wedding here!

If I could give 10 stars, I would… but 5 will have to do! We got married last Saturday, July 20th at Christie’s of Genesee and had the best experience! From the planning process to the actual day, Kerri and Frank along with their entire team, made our day a breeze and stress free! Our DJ had technical issues 2 songs into our ceremony and our day of coordinator, Sherri, came to the rescue and played the songs over their sound system. I didn’t even know there were issues until after the day was over. We had the BBQ buffet and the food was AMAZING! Our guests are still telling me how good the food was and how much they enjoyed it! The staff was friendly, quick, and accommodating! The venue is stunning inside and out! We brought in a few personal touches, but they had all of the table cloths and accent decorations which made the set up and tear down extremely easy! I don’t have a single negative thing to say. Our day was the absolute best day! And if you choose Christie’s of Genesee for your venue, I’m sure you won’t be disappointed!

Beautiful venue and friendly owners. I'm so excited we finally (after touring 8 venues). Booked our wedding here! The owners are awesome! Friendly and kind! We've been to a few tastings and the food is very tasty. We love the steak and can't wait for the Prime Rib! As an added bonus, this venue will not break the bank! This place is just wonderful, and the owners have stellar customer service! My husband and I were married here last year in June, and the food was incredible, my sister says “best garlic bread” she’s ever had.
Again today almost a year later, we were back for a friends wedding, and the owner recognized us! Again food was stellar, service was amazing! Would 10/10 recommend!

I cannot say enough positive things about Frank and Kerri as well as their team at Christies of Genesee - they exceeded every expectation I had. From the moment I went to their open house to our wedding day, I was met with kindness and the most helpful people. They made the wedding planning process so easy and seamless. Thank you Frank, Kerri and Christies of Genesee team! You made our special day all the more memorable.

PS. I highly recommend using their photo booth - it was SO much fun and such a big hit!

Had our wedding here in August of 2022. It was honestly an amazing time. Kerri and Frank were so easy to work with and the staff was phenomenal! The day went by in a flash and ran completely smoothly. The staff was able to pivot on a dime when I let them know unfortunately we were a groomsman down the day of the wedding.

I will be honest, when it came to wedding planning I dreaded the whole thing so I wanted and all inclusive venue and Christie's fit the bill. We could have shown up in our gear with a photographer, officiant, and cake and done nothing else (they have amazing recommendations for all of these if you really dread the thought). The venue is beautiful inside and out. Overall in terms of wedding planning it was incredibly affordable! Kerri quickly answered all my questions (how much food should I order, table arrangements, etc) and made the process super stress free. They were flexible about the things I thought we important and gave suggestions when I said I honestly didn't care, making the process feel less stressful. They made the fact that it rained on our wedding day a non-issue (had umbrellas we could use that I haven't even thought to be prepared for).

The venue has some of the most spectacular views and the area around is great for pictures! It is in a strip mall but you forget this the moment you walk through the doors. There is some road noise from I-70, but with music and the sound system you don't even really notice. The whole place has been beautifully updated (except the bathrooms but no one should be spending a lot of time in there). Something to keep in mind is that rideshares won't easily pick your guests up form Christie's so a good thing to plan ahead for.

I would recommend Christie's to anyone. I am grateful to Kerri and Frank for being so easy to work with. They get extra bonus points from me for being so flexible with COVID (we moved our wedding from April 2021). PC to the Turquoise Camera
