This stay was everything you could hope for! Good vibes in a small mountain town in Colorado. A much needed reminder of life outside the city. Breathtaking views, quiet reflection( after work), and some solid rest! Friendly and helpful front desk made me feel welcome and assured me if I needed anything at all to let them know. Clean rooms, a nice TV, and competitive prices made this a place to revisit in my book.

We had a comfortable stay at this lodge. It was heavily snowing but they had a separate entry door to keep surface clean. The staff is friendly and helps with recommendations. Many breakfast options were available and 24/7 tea and coffee. The location and price made it worth our while.

A very clean and accommodating Best Western. The breakfast was hot, fresh, and had a good variety of food items. A personal thank you to the manager who is amazing and allowed us to sit comfortably in the lobby when our train was delayed. It is across the street from the bus stop and is centrally located for walkable restaurant options. I highly recommend this hotel for a comfortable, easy stay.

Nice hotel. Very friendly staff. I accidentally left my phone at the front desk. Soon as we got in the room Jake knocked on our door with my phone. Before I even knew I lost it lol. Jake is the man!

Beds are very comfortable. Rooms were very clean. Had a view of the mountains and the aspens.

Breakfast was really good considering what most hotels give you now. They had many choices.

There are several restaurants within a short walking distance.

Room had a fridge and microwave.

Was a decent one night stay at this hotel. Everything was clean and worked well. They serve breakfast in the mornings which was decent. Place has a hot tube also which is nice for late relaxing.

We have stayed at the Best Western in 2021 and now in 2024 and both times the staff has been very friendly and helpful. We also (which is just our opinion) think their breakfast is very good. The location is within walking distance to food and shopping.

The staff here was absolutely amazing! The two Maintenance guys were the best! They helped whenever they could and were readily available! We stayed in the handicap room and it was accessible. One improvement that could be made for the room is a walk-in shower or roll-in, and maybe a little less furniture in the room for a person in a wheelchair to move around. But everything was clean and they left us an ample amount of toiletries and towels. It was wonderful to have a fresh full breakfast for free every morning. There were plenty of items to choose from. It has an excellent location right in the middle of Winter Park. It is within walking distance of many restaurants, gift shops and the visitor center.

Well we did have a small issue with the noise coming from the room next door, their air conditioner was rumbling loudly for about 5 hours straight, and the graveyard manager (im sorry i dont remember her name...Dawn?) was super accommodating and offered to help move us to a new room. At check in we had a wonderful young man help us and in the morning Misty was very accommodating and kindly listened to our concerns about the night before. The breakfast was fantastic and you can tell it was prepared with a lot of care. This is a great place to stay and across the street at the SmokeHouse we had an excellent barbecue dinner.
Also, the TV was brand new!
