Five stars for an absolutely unforgettable bachelorette dinner! Our chef went above and beyond to create a DELICIOUS and beautifully presented meal that everyone loved. Every course was amazing! Chef arrived right on time with his mobile garden of fresh herbs grown specifically for this dinner and everything he needed to prep! What truly impressed us was how he adapted the menu for dietary restrictions without sacrificing flavor or quality. Homemade ice cream using coconut milk, so our guest could also enjoy desert, was incredibly kind and represents the level of care he puts into his dinners. From the creativity of the dishes to the seamless service, it was a perfect night. Highly highly recommended for any special occasion!

INCREDIBLE!! We asked Scott to cook for us for my sisters engagement celebration and we were beyond satisfied. His personality along with his food was more than impressive. Each meal was like an everlasting gobstopper; the flavors were endless and perfection for each memorable bite. Our conversations moved from normal conversations to trying to figure out how such a taste was possible onto how can we ever recreate this. Thank you Scott for such a fabulous dinner and a wonderful memory.

Scott came to our rescue when our plans at Devil's Thumb changed due to the fires and everything shut down. He drove to my home in Golden, CO, and made us an amazing meal complete with appetizers, main course, and dessert! He brought everything needed to prepare the meal, including his own cooking knives, pans, bowls, etc. He even has dinnerware if needed. He finished the evening by cleaning everything up and I was able to enjoy the entire evening with 12 guests without having to worry about a thing. He was on time, professional, and the food was to die for! As for the budget, he works with you on a price per plate dollar amount, so you can do this many different ways to get it in your price range. Very reasonable.

We had perfectly Roasted Butternut Squash Soup with toasted pumpkin seeds that everyone raved about, Spinach and Brie stuffed mushrooms that melted in your mouth, Waygu Beef Carpaccio Crostini with capers (just right), Salad with apples and fennel, and blue cheese with a pomegranate molasses dressing, sauteed Patagonian shrimp with fall vegetables that was out of this world, grilled bison steaks with red onion marmalade accompanied with fingerling potatoes that he made crispy on the outside, and everything was perfectly prepared! He timed it well so everyone could enjoy each course without feeling rushed, but not too much time in between, then finished with a dessert of homemade toasted marshmallow ice cream with pecan caramel over brown butter blondie brownies. What a hit and a wonderful memory for my husband's 60th birthday and all our guests. I highly recommend hiring this man for your special event. He's worth it!

Scott is the Best!! Our daughter got married in grand lake Colorado and we are from Kc Missouri. We had 2-3 weeks to find a caterer and he responded right away. He kept in touch with us the whole time to make sure he provided exactly what she wanted. He came to her venue 2 hours early and cook the most wonderful meal for us. Scott prepared a meal for our parent’s 40th anniversary and knocked it out of the park. He worked with us on a menu that met several dietary restrictions. He arrived promptly, turned out dish after dish while keeping the space sparkling clean. We enjoyed an amazing meal featuring local ingredients in the comfort of our home, able to focus on the meal and time with each other, while Scott took care of everything else.
