We had our wedding at Casa Vista this summer and it was absolutely incredible! I could not recommend it enough. All of our out of town guests were so blown away by the location and stunning mountain views.

We had our whole bridal party & some close friends/cousins in the house with us, then rented the owner's two other houses for my friends and my husband's. Between the three houses we had about 70 guests! We called it our slumber party wedding (additional guests were at the Holiday Inn in town).

The owners were so responsive & communicative; they let us come by several times leading up to the wedding to prepare. Everything was so flexible so we could really make it our own. Additionally because the owners provided so much, we saved a lot on rentals & materials. There was a whole room full of leftover decorations and wedding stuff at our disposal, and there were plenty plates, cups, silverware etc. available. Vendors had an easy time setting up in the space. The tent was so beautiful and we all fit comfortably when it rained briefly, and the ceremony site was picture perfect.

We stayed Wednesday - Monday and really took advantage of the location. Wednesday we got everything set up the way we wanted then hung out in the hot tubs. Thursday we rented boats out on Grand Lake. Friday we went golfing and for a hike, then hosted welcome drinks at Fishers Bar in town (which we also highly recommend). Then Saturday went and took photos up the gondola at Winter Park before guests arrived for our dream wedding. Sunday we had everyone back to the house for a BBQ & yard games.

We had the most amazing wedding weekend and could not recommend Casa Vista more!

Edited to add the owners terrible response, see attached photos. Would NEVER recommend this place to anyone. There are so many other properties to host an Airbnb wedding that I’m sure would treat you with much more respect.

We had our wedding here in September and encountered quite a few issues unfortunately. When we arrived upon check on day, my husband and I were 15 minutes early. Someone came out and told us they would be about another 15 minutes. We thought no biggie, we’ll just go roam the grounds for a bit. We discovered that one of the two ceremony locations is completely unusable. The grass was growing past the benches and half the benches didn’t look stable. The cleaners were done about 45 minutes later, so we checked in a half hour late. Our guests encountered several issues, including a bloody towel in a guest room and mice and mice droppings in almost every room on the main floor. The tent was in complete disarray, half the lights weren’t working and the tables and benches were scattered. The love shack was a disaster, the linens were just tossed in garbage half of them still dirty.

Unfortunately, I left a necklace from my late grandmother when we left. I realized it when we got back home and had all of our guests make sure they did not have it wrapped up in any of their belongings. I emailed the owners and asked if the cleaners had possibly found it, it took a while to get a response on whether or not they had it. They finally told me the cleaners did find it and that they’d ship it out next week. I didn’t receive it and didn’t hear from them so I checked in again. I had to email them several times again before getting a response, they told me that one of them had forgotten to ship it before leaving the country. Since then I have emailed, called, and left voicemails several times with no response. All I want is my grandmothers necklace back, and the communication has completely shut off. I am very disappointed.

My wife and I got married here this August and couldn’t have found a better location. The house was perfectly set up for our style of celebration (big kid slumber party/ rustic vibes), and even though it rained throughout the day, we had a great time partying under the tent. Highly recommend this property for anyone interested in a more laid back venue with great owners and amazing views. Thanks Woody!

Great place to stay for large family vacation kids enjoyed all the snow and space to make a few snowmen Kitchen was supplied with everything we need to make meals to feed 21 people and we still had an extra room left over and plenty bunks bed left over as well with are group of 21. The owner was great help and of any thing went wrong he was quick to come fix it and even pulled us out the snow as are rental van was not meant for that weather overall great stay and great service

We got this place 3 days before our wedding, because our original place we had booked for a year and a half cancelled on us. Can definitely fit everyone one plus more! Definitely would come back with a large group of friends for a vacation. The views were amazing for our wedding with the sunset and everything.

We came across this place on VRBO 3 days before our wedding as our previous venue canceled on us. They were willing to work with us which was great and the property was beautiful. This place was a wonderful place to have a wedding. My only problem with the place was the miscommunication between the owners, employees, and us. When I contacted them to come up with a solution to the problems the owner responded harsh and acting like we were not following what was asked when we were doing as they had asked. He then called super upset causing me (the bride) to sob all night before my wedding. The place was amazing but the customer service could have been better especially when talking to a couple who is already stressed before the big day.

Very prompt, responsive and quick to help when it came to our needs. Very accessible and great team of people to work with in getting a rental. I will choose to use this again definitely.
