Not being from Colorado, we depended on April to make our daughter's wedding perfect and it was!!! April and her team are so professional and organized. Every detail was thought of and executed perfectly. We just keep hearing from friends that it was the BEST wedding they had ever been to and that is all due to April!!! There wasn't a mistake at all and the day flowed flawlessly. Every month we had a zoom meeting with what needed to be done and we had our tasks and she had hers! It worked perfectly. April and her team at Kosi Events are the best and most efficient in Colorado!!! No one better.

Kosi did an incredible job helping us plan our wedding! They have an excellent vendor list; we received so many compliments on everything from our flowers to the band, all of which they recommended. Cait made sure everything went smoothly the day of the wedding; if any problems did arise, she fixed them before we even knew about them! Everything was set up perfectly, giving us and our families plenty of time to spend together. Cait listened to all of our requests, making sure the right amount of time was built into the schedule and coordinating with all our vendors in the few weeks leading up to the wedding. She managed to be everywhere during the wedding, gently helping us to stick to our timeline, answering any and all questions, and making sure all our personal decorations/items ended up in the right place after the event. We definitely could not have put together such a beautiful event without Kosi. Thank you for making our wedding so special!

My husband and I hired Charley from Kosi Events for our wedding in Moab, Utah, at the Red Earth Venue. This was a destination wedding, and we had never been to the site or seen the venue beforehand, so having Charley guide us through everything was absolutely critical. We started planning with her about a year before the event, and Charley truly made the wedding of our dreams come to life.
One of the things we appreciated most about Charley was her ability to see the big picture. She helped us book all the major elements in a timely manner, which eased our minds given the many moving parts involved in wedding planning. Her calm and patient demeanor was exactly what we needed during the chaos of the process. Charley's positive attitude always made us feel that any idea or desire we had would be fully explored by her and her team.
Charley is incredibly thorough and often asked thoughtful questions we hadn’t previously considered, ensuring that no detail was overlooked. Since we couldn’t visit the venue in advance, her expert knowledge and detailed guidance helped us visualize how everything would come together. We had the chance to meet her in person a few days before the wedding, and she was just as warm and kind as she had been in all of our virtual communications.
On the wedding day, Charley and her assistant kept everything running smoothly. She managed weather concerns like a true expert, offering multiple contingencies for potential rain during our ceremony. Her experience and proactive approach put us completely at ease.
Charley's deep familiarity with the Red Earth Venue and its vendors was invaluable. Her insider knowledge helped us understand exactly what each vendor could offer and how everything would fit together seamlessly.
We highly recommend Charley and Kosi Events. If you’re planning a wedding in Moab, especially a destination wedding, you couldn’t ask for a better planner to bring your vision to life!

Lacie was a godsend and was pretty much the reason I could actually relax and enjoy our wedding day. We engaged with Kosi events only 4-5 months out from our wedding, using their wedding management service. Lacie met with us monthly to ensure we were on track with certain decisions, and Kosi's virtual "wedding planning binder" on Trello was incredibly helpful in organizing the many, many moving parts.

When we had challenges with vendors, Lacie politely interjected to keep things moving, even dealing with a venue contact changeover weeks before our wedding. She took it all in stride. Lacie's involvement allowed our mostly DIY wedding look like it was professionally managed from the start, and it was amazing to see our vision become a reality...with even more special touches made throughout the day. One example was how our altar components were first repurposed for the head table (beyond what I had outlined), and then again to the DJ's set-up for the dancing portion of the night.

Lacie and Kosi Events saved my sanity as a bride and they were worth every penny.

My husband and I got married in Moab, UT, and we had an absolute blast working with Kosi Events (and Cait, specifically) as our Planner. I cannot accurately express how happy we are with Kosi and Cait's work. Her professional attitude and calm demeanor, both in our planning sessions and on the day of the wedding, made her such a joy to work with. Her recommendations for reputable vendors were so helpful, especially given that we were planning the wedding from out-of-state. She set us up with helpful management tools to keep the planning on track that were easy to follow. She was timely and prompt with all communication and happily answered any questions I had. I had no doubts going into our wedding that she was going to execute everything we had discussed to perfection. Our wedding was a dream, Cait handled everything wonderfully, and I truly can't thank her or Kosi enough for helping us with our wedding. We can't recommend them enough!

Where do I even start. We all know planning a wedding is incredibly stressful but planning a wedding in another state in another time zone just added a whole other element of stress, hiring Kosi events and working with Charley for wedding coordination for my wedding in Moab was probably the best decision I made in my wedding planning process. From day one they worked with me on my vision for the day asked questions to get me thinking on things I would of never thought of and worked so seamlessly with all my vendors to make sure everything went perfectly. Leading up to every monthly meeting I’d be stressed about a ton of things but by the end of the call I was able to breathe again. Week of the wedding things did not go as planned I had guests change their RSVPs last minute and had to change my seating chart 2 days before the wedding we lost some signs in the transport process across the country and we also lost my guest book but when I was starting to panic at these things Charley pulled through with no question and took all the stress from me pulled it together with ease. I quite literally don’t know what I would have done without her for so much of this planning process. On top of it all the organization for the day of was flawless, everyone knew where they needed to be when they needed to be there and the day came together better than I could of imagined and I owe so much of that to Kosi and Charley! If you are questioning if a coordinator is worth it IT IS, and they are IT !!!

I would 110% recommend Kosi to anyone! Lacie was an absolute rockstar from the planning stage through our wedding ceremony. Lacie was so wonderful to work with and she handled all the bumps along the way so we never had to worry. She made our vision come to life so beautifully! All about guest said that was one of the best weddings they’ve ever been to and I can confidently say it was because of Lacie and the Kosi team!
