Staying overnight here is part of our Christmas tradition to go to the Butte Theater and see the Christmas melodrama. We love staying here and have done it for probably the last 10 years with our grandchildren. They love it here also.

We love the old Victorian charm and the friendliness and conscientiousness of the staff. Plus, the breakfast served as part of your stay, by Docs Is delicious and their staff is also so considerate.

Wonderfully restored/preserved historic hotel. Four blocks from downtown’s commercialized Main Street. Clean and comfortable. Our shower was great , the vanity was original marble. Our queen size bed was very comfortable. If you enjoy something a little different, you will love this gem.

We loved our stay at the hospitality house. The service and hospitality was outstanding. Nice clean rooms. The breakfast was very delicious. Would definitly go back again the staff went above and beyond to make our stay memorable?

My husband and I stayed at the Cripple Creek hospitality House for our 17th anniversary.

The property is nice however it is not commensurate with the price.

We stayed in the largest room and most expensive, however, our room wasn't cleaned even once.

The breakfast included was far from appetizing. In fact the hash browns were overly greasy, and was the culprit of my husband's numerous bathroom visits.

It was also annoying that one day beverages were included. Another day we were charged 8$ for the same two orange juices that was provided to us the day before.
Really? I can't recommend this place.

This place is absolutely fabulous! The owners take great care in cleanliness, hospitality, and grounds upkeep!
They enjoy their guest and giving the history of this beautiful location as well as town amenities. They go above and beyond to accommodate and we are thankful we get the luxury of staying in such a wonderful place!

This place used to be a hospital but now it's a hotel. They have cool antiques all over the place like hospital machines, doctor's bags, wheelchairs, etc. The people working there are very friendly. Great place to stay in Cripple Creek.

If you're looking to step back in time on a trip, Cripple Creek and this wonderful hospital-converted-to-hotel are the places to go. The staff is wonderful. I booked a package deal that included a massage (available with a minimum stay of three nights). The hotel, despite being built in 1901, is fully updated yet retains some of the historical aspects (like radiators in the room). It is walking distance to the town (although with the altitude those of us from lower to sea level places had difficulty navigating the hilly town.) I would highly recommend checking out this gem!

Our family stayed in the Maternity room. Beautiful home with lots of interesting relics that prompted intriguing questions. Our room was comfortable and warm despite unusually low temps and space heaters only. ||Doc's food truck is such a nice touch for breakfast ($7 per person/day credit on food) and was yummy. ||A quiet, peaceful stay. Way better than the casino hotels on all accounts! We would stay here again!
