We are so grateful for Jaycee and Alex! We worked with both of them throughout the process and then Jaycee took over on the day of. We had a unique venue with some complicated logistics and Jaycee executed everything wonderfully! We also had an issue with one of our vendors the weekend of our wedding, and Jaycee took over communication with them which was an absolute godsend. I'm not sure I would have gotten through the weekend without a mental breakdown without her haha. We felt so taken care of the day of and could actually enjoy the day and have fun. Alex is nothing short of amazing. When my wife and I reached out to her, right from the initial consultation, we could tell this was the wedding coordinator we would go with. We set up recurring touchpoints with Alex in the time leading up to our wedding, were she was able to ask us questions about various statuses with our vendors and how we were feeling in the process. While wedding planning can be stressful at times, she always made us feel calm and that we were on a good pace for our planning. The BEST decision I made in the entire wedding planning process was hiring Alex! This is long, but bear with me!

I didn't think I'd need a wedding coordinator—hey, I'm a project manager, I'm super organized, I can handle this!—but turns out I really, really did! If you're debating it, truly don't hesitate to have a call with Alex. Her attention to detail and genuine passion for making our day perfect were immediately evident. She instantly put me at ease and made me certain that she was the person I wanted by my side during wedding planning.

"Day-of" doesn't cover it—from the very first day of contracting with her, Alex was communicative, supportive, and so, so helpful. There was so much that I didn't know or didn't think about, and (especially as planning season went on) so much emotional support that I needed! Alex is so much more than a coordinator—she doubled as a therapist, a brilliant best friend, and a wise older sister.

She went above and beyond, helping me navigate challenges with our caterer (even reviewing emails and drafting sample language), checking over proposed contracts with other vendors, and translating my half-baked ideas into a cohesive design vision. She even came down to Denver the night before the wedding to help run a rehearsal, answer my families' questions, and prep our friend to officiate. And, of course, she was always available by text to answer my anxious questions, meeting me with reassurance, validation, and support.

The wedding day was so perfect, thanks to Alex's meticulous planning and calm demeanor. She managed everything with such grace and efficiency that we were able to enjoy our wedding day without a single worry. Every detail, from the decorations to the timing, was flawlessly executed. Our guests couldn't stop raving about how amazing it all was ("best wedding we've ever been to!") and how beautiful the setup was. We felt so relaxed knowing that Alex had everything under control.
