Jenna and Avery saved our wedding! It was absolutley incredible, thanks to the two of them! We had a nightmare caterer and Jenna and Avery went above and beyond to not only handle it (doing WAY more than what was expected of them) but also not let us (bride and groom) know anything was wrong! Communication was excellent, they were calm, helpful, organized, and downright brilliant. We are so so grateful!

Mahoney Moments was hands down the absolute best investment we made for our wedding! Jenna and Lisa were incredible from the get go, helping with my timeline, communicating with vendors, and asking questions I hadn’t even thought of. Day of, they were a DREAM. Because of them, my now husband and I didn’t have to lift a finger or worry about a thing all day. They were so on top of everything, set up our ceremony and reception space even better than I imagined, kept our timeline moving forward, and were so helpful and kind to not only us but our guests as well (even at 11pm!). Thank you from the bottom of our hearts for giving us the gift to be totally present and enjoy our day!!

Mahoney Moments was absolutely AMAZING to work with for our NYE wedding! We did their 60-day planning package which included day-of coordination. From the moment we met Jenna & Avery we knew they would be the perfect fit for us. They were so on top of communication, created our timeline, reached out to all our vendors to make sure everyone was on the same page, and on the wedding day they took care of everything. I was worry free and we had such a relaxing wedding morning and afternoon thanks to these two. I truly couldn't have asked for a better team on our wedding day, we had the most amazing time! We would highly recommend Mahoney Moments to anyone looking for an incredible wedding planning team!

Jenna flew to my Ohio wedding and made my dreams come true! Although she only received details 1 month prior to my wedding, she was able to utilize her time wisely to make sure everything was completed.

Jenna completed many tasks including but not limited to creating my timeline, decorating, prioritizing tasks, directing the wedding party and guests, and more. One of the most important things Jenna did on my wedding day was manage issues as they arose. My linens were not prepared by the catering company when we arrived as they were expected to be, which ultimately delayed reception setup. Jenna communicated with the catering company to ensure linens would be placed ASAP so decorating could continue as planned. Meanwhile, she began decorating the ceremony space as to effectively utilize her time. Her confidence, transparency, and communication style assured me that everything would work out - and it did!

As most wedding days go, we fell slightly behind on our timeline due to my hair/makeup. Jenna knew photos were extremely important to me so she communicated our delay with the photographer and the pair adjusted everything accordingly so we wouldn't have to miss our cocktail hour.

Looking back, I truly don't know how the day would have come together without Jenna. She stepped in and assumed any role necessary, really putting my mind at ease. She is personable, friendly, organized, and detail oriented. I didn't realize just how organized she was until I unpacked all of our supplies and decorations and noticed how detailed and clear everything was packed away according to the space at the venue.

I have already recommended Mahoney Moments to my sister and bride-friends!

Mahoney Moments were absolutely a delight to work with! We had them as our day of coordinators and they totally nailed it! They handled vendor coordination, set up/break down of decorations, along with keeping us on time and having the day run as smoothly as possible!! We didn’t have to worry about anything because they handled it all. Their communication was always so fast and they would follow up quickly. They made my vision come to life, I’m so grateful that they were there on my big day! I would 100% recommend them for all your wedding needs!

I did not hire this company, but I was a vendor at a wedding, and my review is based on my experience with them.

I delivered the cake 2 hours before the reception was to start (which is the norm). When I got there, I saw that the space was not even close to being ready. So I asked the reception planner if she needed help. Her response was, "Omg, Yes please." So myself, my daughter and her boyfriend got busy. We did 3/4 of the setup ourselves. I have helped at numerous reception setups in the past, but I have never had to do so much to get the venue ready for the reception. They were clearly way behind and very unorganized. I don't mind helping set up, because sometimes help is needed. However, I don't appreciate being treated with disrespect, by the ceremony planner when she finally showed up. Especially when we were there helping them set up, so they wouldn't be late. I have to say, the reception planner was very nice and appreciative of us.

The bride paid for me to fly in from Minnesota to make her wedding cake. I had injured my foot/ankle on my way to town, so I was in a walking boot throughout all of this, making it so I was unable to stay for reception.

I am shocked at how rude the ceremony planner was and was not grateful for all we did to help them. As a professional, I can not recommend this company. Brides beware!
